Charged $28 to print 22 pages in black-and-white, $1.17 per page. Way above industry standard (normally $0.15–$0.25). Felt taken advantage of. Won’t be returning.

Always used 15 & Alton store, never problem, tried this store once, shipped several packages in once, receipt was missing one, big mistake to account on their professionalism, notice it on hwy, called asked if they can text or email the one they did not scan or scan but did not add to the receipt, TEXT I CAN UNDERSTAND WORKER DO NOT WANT USE HIS PERSONAL PHONE, EMAIL? THEY HAVE A SERVICE TO EMAIL THEM SHIPPING LABEL TO PRINT & CHARGE FOR IT, BUT TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE THEY WILL NOT? WELL I HAD TO DRIVE BACK TO GET IT, REPLAY There is no needs for me to email now, i wanted to get email of my shipping label then, SO I DID NOT HAD TO DRIVE BACK 5 MILES IN TRAFFIC FOR 30 MIN, but your employees did not care & i spoke to both, they keep saying come back even i told them I already cross the causeway & on hwy with traffic on rush hour. Here is photos where showing almost 30 min later got another receipt where showing tracking # for package

Today I visited the UPS store #6445, Alton Road. Needed to print from my email and JR employee 204204 - was a very helpful young man. When we walked in there was only us, but in 5 minutes the store got full. He kept his professionalism and finished my job and took care of the clients with calmness.

Not a real UPS - steer clear
Go to another UPS
They charged me air price and told me there was no ground price.
I called for a price adjustment and they told me they are not a real UPS and make their own policies….

Convenient to have a UPS store in the neighborhood, but the pricing is just insane. $25 for passport pics, insane prices for tape. Again, convenient to drop off a return, nice workers, but crazy prices.
