Convenient to have a UPS store in the neighborhood, but the pricing is just insane. $25 for passport pics, insane prices for tape. Again, convenient to drop off a return, nice workers, but crazy prices.

Okay so how does a place exist where they can invent their own rules? Accepting Amazon packages used to be easy and my issue wasn’t solved the manager Melissa just argues till she’s right. Not customer service oriented at all.

I used to come here often but one of the friendliest staff was fired by the owner. Place as really gone down hill.

Worst customer service I have ever received from a UPS store. The store assistant working here does not know how to use the printer or how troubleshoot it for the matter. I completely understand being an older employee and perhaps not being up to date with using email and the latest printers. The store employee needs better training on use of email and office equipment. You must understand that your customers are coming to this store to hopefully not waste their time. When trying to help the older woman working here to troubleshoot her issues in the store with a friendly suggestion to refresh the webpage and restart her printer she immediately became offended. She responded by stating, "I don't have to do what you tell me to do. I have been here for 10 years and I know what I'm doing." She then stated that "she was working alone' and made it seem like it was a nuisance to help me as a customer and that she was unable to proceed. An employee whom really cares about helping would have made more of an effort to try an assist. She unfortunately is too prideful to even call for help from a store manager. It is truly disappointing.

Staff member Dora was fantastic. Her happy attitude was contagious and the line of people she made happy during a busy period. Dora waa fabulous and I will go to this location again because of Dora.

Creating their own rules on accepting amazon returns. Very rude owner Melissa Parker, instead of trying to help fix the issue, said I'm not going to argue and started to ignore. Bad personality and bad business practices

I called them on the phone to see if they were doing live fingerprinting and they said they did. I came in person and they told me they don’t do that anymore. What a waste of time

Had to send a SIM card in an emergency case to my family member in Paris. Paid $180.00 for over night service. Order taken on Tuesday afternoon, so we don't count it. Has to go through customs so you can forget Thursday, meaning overnight means nothing. Expected Friday, but no! Europe, they don't work on weekends, pansies. Monday, they brought but did not leave because there is import fees. 10 Euros, not a big deal but UPS being the largest logistics company, should have told me ahead of time. Get a phone call to go to the office to pay, go there and I am told it should be paid on line!!?? the why leaving me the message.. We paid there nonetheless, and still at delivery the charged my family there.. So 5 extra nights of hotel and two import charges later.. the moral of story is if you need something shipped in a hurry to Europe, go to FedEx. These guys don't know their hind from their elbows.
