Very poor customer service - charged $15 fee for a box with a prepaid return label. When I called earlier in the day and asked about retuning a package they didn’t mention the fee so it was an unpleasant surprise that could have easily been avoided.

Don't come to this store, they want to charge you an extra 10 dollars because they are in a hotel hahahaha how funny they think they can charge whatever they want, they wasted my time, remove this store from Google Map and only use it for those who They are in their seedy hotel

This store is a JOKE. I already paid for labels and they wanna me pay for each of my package $7 on top . This is ridiculous. Just close this store .

I got a QR code from Amazon to return a package, so it was free, but they asked me to pay $10 for the service because they work in a hotel and think they are better than everyone else and can charge you whatever they want.

I'll give 1 star only because it is not possible to give -5.I went there to drop off an Amazon package with the QR code generated by AmazonThe employer simulated to scan the QR code with an old code bar reader.Of course he wasn't able to register the shipment and print the appropriate label.I decided to go to another store and I just showed the QR code in my phone, they printed the label and everything was fine.NEVER GOES THERE IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN AMAZON ITEM.

Rude, incompetent, unwilling. Doesn't accept returns from Amazon. The attendant pretended to help but the "QR Code" wasn't tye same used by UPS. Freaking lie because the code is generated by Amazon specially for UPS (any store). If not the case, this should be pointed out in their connection to Amazon. Wasted of time and money, go elsewhere.

Extortion!!! DO NOT COME HERE. It’s illegal. They charge for drop off by lb due to a resort fee?!?Label already pre paid. All that I need to do is drop off and they refuse to accept a package without resort fee payment. Spend ur money with someone else

WORST UPS STORE EVER. They lost my packages that were delivered and it took an hour of me waiting in the location for them to find them. They also couldn’t locate another customers package. They then charged an ASTRONOMICAL price to pick up each package. They charged $30-35 per package just to pick up. This was more than it cost to ship each package. We ship products all over to ups locations and hotels, never have paid more than $5 per package to pick up. Normally when we ship to hotels it’s free pick up. Use any other ups in the area rather than this one.
