Hands on best Ups store. Very quick and efficient guys in there. Oscar helped me with some packages and took care of me to the extra. Thank you so much. I rather come to this ups than any other just because of him.

Horrible staff. They are disrespectful and have disgusting attitude. No wonder most of the comments are complaining about them, very bad experience. The best you can do is go to another store.

Been using this location for over 2 years. Every time I come into the store, I am always helped with the best care. Two particular employees Nadelyn and Steven always go above and beyond to make sure I was always happy…along with anyone else that walks into the store. Would highly recommend this particular location, including getting a private mail box, as myself having one there, they’re always so good at helping me with anything quickly and handling packages with care. Thank you Nadelyn and Steven!

this gentlemen was so patient when i showed up with 5 separate amazon returns but i packaged them all in one box- we opened it up and he helped me repackage everything individually, we even had to print a new label or something, my UPS (65th and collins) visit was smooth and simple. i dont remember his name but he has short hair and very blue eyes- so sweet - we need more people like him

The staff @ UPS is outstanding. They are courteous , polite and extremely helpful. There never seems to be a line at this location, as these professionals move their clients along so quickly and efficiently.
I will continue to use this location due to their professionalism. Natalyn stands out to me as an extraordinary team leader at this UPS store. I am always pleased and glad when Natalyn assists me because I am assured to be in and out of the store quickly but most importantly, I know my package is in safe hands.
Bravo to whoever trained and hired this team. They are outstanding UPS employees!

I am a regular customer of UPS stores, mainly because my husband is an Amazon impulse byer (haha) Every time I come in I have the pleasure of dealing with great customer service and they do truly care about their customers. Oscar, Nadalyn, and Stephan thank you guys for making every visit wonderful

Disgusting attitude.
I came in on October 29 at 4:30pm to make an Amazon return. They are 3 little boxes with rings. I have a QR code for the return. And accordingly 3 QR codes. In response, the staff says to me. You can only return one. The rest have to be carried at Whole Foods. I show that I chose to return it through the UPS Store. And showed me what I had written. But again I was told only one refund. What are these new introductions????? And where is this information???? Another UPS store told me there was no such thing. I don't recommend this place. You go in there and you are already negative immediately. There were two employees, a woman and a man with glasses. This attitude makes you not want to do business with a place like this. …….
