The employees are always so helpful, I tend to be always on the move and it’s funny that I see Eric and various locations from time to time and always adapts to those locations, I’m so glad he’s always patient with me doing returns, print outs and occasionally shipments and packing service on the weekends

Nadelyn was extremely helpful during my visit! I had several monitors and a desktop to return to California and she was able to quickly and efficiently get my items sized up and shipped for me in the most cost effective way for such a large box! Excellent location, great staff!

Customer Service at the 6530 Collins Ave store is amazing. Especially Nadelyn and Stephen. They take their time to explain the UPS policies and costs. And all done with kindness. Love this location!

I dropped off a package at this location using a pre-paid label I purchased online. While at the store, there was a long line of customers. I was advised by an employee that if I didn’t need a receipt I can just set the package on the counter. I was under the impression I would be able to trust the staff at this location. BIG MISTAKE! A month later, no one knows where the package is and the package was never scanned. The whole situation seems very fishy. My recommendation to everyone, is ALWAYS get a receipt, especially at THIS location. I wrote an email to the store asking if they can assist in locating the package. An employee by the name of “Stephen” wrote back implying that I was lying. Stephen basically said that none of the employees would of told me what they told me. Instead of offering to check the surveillance cameras, review transactions for that specific date and time, Stephen went straight into defense mode implying that I was lying. Overall, I blame myself for being naive and gullible thinking I can trust the staff at this location. Going forward, I would NEVER use this location. To those that do, make sure you get a receipt!

I have lived in the community for about 3 years now and always use this UPS! They have been great for me so far and customer service has been great, especially from a specific agent who's name is Nadelyn! She has been such a pleasure to work with there and had assisted me a numerous amount of times! SO this is for you Nadelyn, thank you for continuously doing your best at your job, we appreciate it!

On June 12, I went to the UPS store to make a return. While waiting in line, a customer arrived after everyone behind me tried to use the self-system. Because this one did not work, the employees just advanced to the front desk of the customer to offer service to him because they seemed to know each other, Disrespectfully, leaving all the people in line waiting. When I asked the employees about the situation, a red hairy with a bear not identified employee told me that if I didn't like his decision, I could go to another store. Lack of manners, professionalism, and respect for customers.

We love this UPS store and why we choose to have our mailing address here for important packages. The employees are what makes this store great and they really work hard to ensure packages are organized and ready for pickup and to get you in and out and on your way as fast as possible. The employees have been with this store for a long time and it's refreshing to have a knowledgeable staff onboard to ensure things run as smoothly as possible.People with negative reviews of this store have no clue. Go to any other UPS store and you will be running back to this location.We tried several other locations that are closer to our office but these guys are the best in the city.After 3 years being a customer have yet to have an issue and very happy with the service!

Tldr: Much improved in the past year! Avoid coming at lunch or at 5pm though, unless you like long lines.I'm impressed with how much this store has improved in the past year. If I had reviewed it a year ago, I would have given it one star, but some staffing changes have really turned the place around. Now, going here to ship Amazon returns is no longer nearly as unpleasant as it used to be.A word of caution, though: there tend to be long lines of people around lunch time and between 5 and 6 pm. If possible, avoid those times and you will probably be in and out quite quickly.

I was just completely shocked. I literally only bought two boxes just two boxes. The price of the boxes alone with 15.73.Plus mail in service(PA, DC) total 69.00. They don't even advertise the boxes prices they just have boxes so they can charge you this astronomical charge for two boxes. horrible service and it's highway robbery 2 boxes two boxes.I just went to USPS and it cost me (free boxes) and I used there mail service. 32.30. That's half the price Crazy!!!!
