“COTT is a wonderful, long established, female owned and run company. The girls are incredibly sweet and everyone is so driven to help sell your consigned items as well as provide stellar customer service behind the counter, through IG and over the phone. I have been both a consigner and a client with COTT for many years. I happen to live in Texas and a few years ago I traveled to Miami to visit the store in-person. It was so great and so fun to shop and get to see behind-the-scenes. On that trip, I purchased a bag that was even more beautiful in-person than online and I get stopped all the time by people asking where I found it. Visiting the store was such a treat and a great experience and they even helped ship the bag back home to me as I had no space for it on the plane ride home. I cannot say enough great things about Carin and her staff; they are always busy selling selling selling - online, on the phone and in-person. They’re a wonderful team and amazing at what they do; it’s no wonder they have a six-figure following on IG. I mean during my first consignment years ago they sold 9 of my 13 items in 24hrs; the quality of the pieces and their sales reach are seriously THAT good! And the IG stories about the designers, creative directors and employee picks are SO fun and informative - just love them so much!! Y’all are rockstars - keep up the great work, Ladies!”
