Had a great experience today! Parking was a bit of a nightmare but the 2 USPS workers were incredibly helpful and kind. Riga, the USPS agent assigned to passports, had me in and out, processed and photo taken in under 10 minutes. I live near a different post office and it’s so nice to find an efficient location, relatively close to me. I didn’t catch the other employee’s name but she was a young woman in her 20’s, and she was incredibly pleasant and friendly as well!

It is the worst job they do every day, they leave you mail that is not yours, you tell them and they keep leaving it for you, thanks to them they suspended my license for NOT sending my mail to my new address that I had already changed a long time in advance, and they also gave me three tickets as a result of their inefficient work at said mail, they should hire more professional and prepared personnel who do their job correctly. They do not care about anyone's mail. It is unacceptable that we pay for not doing their job well.

Terrible experience, terrible service, I have been trying to change my address for two months and every time I go to repeat the procedure once again they make the PROCESS difficult for me, without a solution. USPS FATAL

They treated us very well and I was able to recover my shipment, also saying that they never took it to my address and forced me to go get it.

How long you are going to hold my mail which needs to be forwarded to 20674 in MD and request is approved on 11th of June, and USPS letter with confirmation came in 2 days? Why do you hold my mail for a month? Why Florida Consumer Affairs don't come back to me after they started to investigate it?

There is something strange going on at this post office. THEYVE “LOST” 3 OF MY PACKAGES. The packages are clearly marked eBay realreal etc indicating something valuable inside. I bring the packages to a HUMAN, watch them scan it in and the package never makes it. I’m losing money and merch bc you can’t get help anywhere. Nelly Carbalalo needs to be FIRED for her attitude and rudeness. She came to “help” me and didn’t even look at me for the first two minutes I was speaking to her (I realize her 4 layers of fake eyelashes must must be super heavy to lift) but then she raised her voice at me, blamed me for it (when all of post office customers were on my side) and then called me rude while I was speaking to someone else. She’s awful. I’m filing a police report against this scam of a business. I’m losing money and merchandise!!!!!
