If I could give zero stars, I would. ZERO customer service in this store. 2 employees who could not have been less helpful. One disappeared in the back hiding, while multiple people waited for assistance. I spent almost 3 hours in the store trying to transfer a line and upgrade my phone. Then, they told me I would receive a shipping label for my phone and that never happened. Now Verizon says they have no record of this trade in. More time wasted on the phone! Idiots at this location. AVOID. They never applied information for the trade in or the promo to my account. I wasted 1.5 hours on the phone with Verizon dealing with it. Lazy employees who don't care!

This store must be a money laundering front. Wasn't greeted and had to hunt down the one staff on site. Very little signage Indicating it's a Verizon store. Felt luje sales clerk was trying to get rid of me.
This is a franchise location not a corporate store. Just wanted to turn in a phone from trade in versus mailing. 17rh store near Lincoln mall was corporate
All I wanted to do was turn in . Which i accomplished 8n a phone i traded

What a joke of a store. No greeting. No music. Dead silent. Do not waste your time here. Went in for a charger. The guy looked like he worked at the morgue.

The employees at this location attempted to extort additional money from me (in cash!) for services that were already paid for. I guess it's typical for the area but large corporations should know better.

This store doesn’t open on time which is absolutely ridiculous. Had to go all the way across south beach to the corporate store and they took care of everything and said to avoid this place.

Anna and Ernesto at the 5th Street store were incredibly professional and friendly. They helped me with everything I needed to exchange my old IPhone for a new 14 Plus, and I actually really enjoyed my time there with them. This is the Miami Beach Verizon store to go to!

Anna saved the day!! my SIM card wasn’t working and Verizon customer service was making it difficult. Anna stayed on the phone with them in store for me and navigated it all. Without her it would’ve been hours of confusion. Thank you Anna!!!

Anna was amazing helped rectify the issue with our phones that one of her colleagues didn't help with the day prior.Amazingly friendly and helpful service from Anna, but was very unhappy with the service and attitude from Ivan.
