I literally don’t know why I bother coming here still. Probably bc it’s down the block from me but I’d rather go 10 blocks away for a functioning pharmacy. There’s always 5 people working yet somehow all just unavailable. Just don’t go here.

I live 2 blocks away. I could go there almost daily but... it is so poorly managed and the cashier's time is always taking an eternity, the 3 times a year I HAVE to go. 3 times a year is really the maximum I can do

I genuinely don’t understand how this location is still open. It’s the closest to me so it sucks that the most convenient drugstore is absolutely awful. It used to be alright but now they literally NEVER have anything in stock! Even if it says on the app. I go in trying to get a few things and come out with like one item because their shelves are never stocked! The workers are nice and the pharmacy is great but omg it’s like they’re TRYING to close this location

I dropped off prescription there around 2:00 PM was told that the body would call me or text me when it was ready. No one called or text me. I called with two minutes remaining before they close. Spoke to someone and told them I was one minute away that it was important that I needed my prescription because I had just had a procedure done, he said. When I see him walking out the door after we spoke and he just tells me that we are closed totally unacceptable. Will never use this pharmacy again.

Incompetent Pharmacy
Not only they know they do mistakes, 4 times, in a row ! Not once the pharmacist can say the word "we are sorry" and work at repairing their lack of work ethics. To corporate: May be stopping the use of cellphone and monitoring computers would keep staff attention at what they do. Don't bother calling corporate, they have a screenplay, they sing to you on the phone. Obviously we are moving our accounts to a Pharmacy that will not be walgreen or CVS. Enough !

I went for a password picture that I need digitally and was told that the usb port was broken so they can’t give you a digital copy, solution was to go to another Walgreens and pay an extra $6 or so to get just a digital version, ask before getting your picture done so you don’t waste time and money.

This bathroom cleaning sheet has been on bathroom door for actually 5 years. This is why the bathroom is in poor condition: employees do not take care of it. The employees decided to take away the bathroom to their customers and the lady literally told me to “go outside”

This pharmacy is the best in Miami Beach. Varun the pharmacist not only dispensed the medicine but also took an interest and was concerned about my condition and made recommendations. He remembered my previous visits as well. Danny is also phenomenal and very helpful.
