The poor service they provide at this headquarters is incredible. I went to buy powdered milk for my baby, it was locked and since they didn't know what the key was and I was waiting, they were already acting reluctantly with the intention of making me leave without the milk. KEVIN, who turns out to be “the manager” when he managed to open the shelf, the milk fell out, he closed the door and left as well. I HAD TO PICK UP THE MILK FROM THE FLOOR, WITHOUT EVEN WANTING TO APOLOGIZE or speak up. He's rude. I don't understand how they can give jobs to people who don't really want to work.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Walgreens liquor location. Upon entering the store in the morning to purchase some liquor, I politely greeted the staff multiple times with “Good morning,” but my greetings were completely ignored. When I repeated myself, the staff member finally responded rudely with, “What do you want?” in a very unprofessional tone.
The staff member, an older man who is bald and light-skinned, continued to follow me around the store, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I addressed this and told him I wasn’t going to steal anything, he replied, “If you steal, the police are already here,” in a manner that was both disrespectful and unnecessary. His attitude from the beginning was unwelcoming and outright unacceptable for customer service.
Despite the poor treatment, I went ahead and purchased what I needed, spending nearly $220, as shown in my receipt. I informed the staff member that I would leave a review about his poor attitude because his behavior was unacceptable. It’s shocking and disappointing to experience this kind of treatment at a Walgreens, a store I’ve always trusted.
I hope this feedback helps improve the customer service at this location. No customer should have to endure such unprofessional behavior.

I want to report the lack of ethics and professionalism of the pharmacy staff, Mrs. Doralis and pharmacist who said her name was Flavia Perez, being in line since 5:50 pm they closed their curtains at 6:04 and they attended to me through a door and made me wait for 45 minutes because the prescriptions were not ready and of course they could not give me the most important painkiller was not available because "the safe box did not open" knowing that a person had just come out of surgery. A total lack of respect.

This Walgreen's is smaller than the others, but it is well organized and clean. It is located in the Normandy section of Miami Beach. It is close to our neighborhood and convenient for us. The staff are always helpful.
We use it for many reasons because it is well-stocked. Especially during cold and flu seasons. This morning, it was to pick up photos. They have same-day pick-up service.
Parking is right in front of the store with wheelchair access.

I meet at walgreen on Normandy drive and it's wow super Tidy , Mariam Is incredibly friendly , of all the ones I know this is the best I was blown away the people wow a total 10☺️
