Just left Walgreens 7:56 Saturday 3/7/2025. There was one of the most rude Colombian or Venezuelan employees. With friends waiting for her at the door.
To which I wanted to make a comment about why they don't warn beforehand that it is cash only. He went away. Walked leaving me talking alone.
To which first I wanted a shampoo and conditioner that was locked up. And since they were without a system, they couldn't open. I will have a key. And if they charge me for one, they can charge me for the other! Think that Walgress was so cute a few years ago, they have terrible customer service now. But the Colombian or Venezuelan has never been seen before!

I've been trying to speak with the pharmacy for a long time, but they keep putting me on hold repeatedly. It's been 15 minutes, and I'm still waiting! I'm calling because they wrongfully charged my husband for my son's medication when he has Medicaid—he should NOT have been charged. I've been dealing with this Walgreens for years, and it's always the same issue. This is unacceptable!

Employees treat customers like fools and are generally unhelpful at this location. Employees either refuse to help look for an item, point to someone else to help, or say the item is out of stock without actually checking it. Apparently, they don't realize they need customers in order to have a job.

I wanted to buy the vitamins I needed. The pharmacy employee did not help me do this. I’m a tourist, I don’t know English well, I showed a photo of a vitamin, the employee’s answer was “look for it yourself”

The pharmacy is the worst. The lines are always long and they are inefficient. I had a scheduled vaccination yesterday. I showed up waited 30 mins in line then was told they were too busy to give me the shot even with an appointment. Meanwhile they didn't take down the vaccination appointments for the day

Don’t go here, go to cvs across the street. Only advantage is that this location is 24/7.Half the aisles are empty and the refrigerators with drinks at the back are those with displays that don’t show you stock levels but rather obtrusive ads that waste your time.

It has been a while since the last time I stopped by this location and I was saddened to see the declining of this place. It looked dirty, no employees available to assist. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes to pick up some pictures. It has seen better days…

WORST SERVICE EVER!! I took a SIGNED prescription for my mothers pain and they REFUSE to give it to her! They had us going there 4 days and ultimately said she cant get her prescriptions because its "delicate" medicine but her physician sent a WRITTEN SIGNED prescription!! She also takes metoprolol due to AFIB and they made us wait FOUR DAYS before giving it to her! This is abusive and its mistreatment for patients!! WE STILL DONT HAVE THE MEDICINES!!!

I came to Walgreens as I picked up a bug while on a cruise ship. I went to the CVS across the street first looking for cough syrup. After striking out and not finding any, I walked into this Walgreens. Thankfully, I found some cough syrup. It was not the kind I prefer, I like it having some honey in it. Still better than nothing.
