Horrible customer service . Unprofessional and rude. Treated us like we were scum after we just traveled all day and came in to buy necessity's and use the restroom. Lied and said restroom was closed and then spoke in Spanish about us.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at this pharmacy. I called the pharmacy to get the status of my prescription, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of my expectations. Firstly, I have been waiting patiently for three weeks, which is unacceptably long. When I called today, I was first placed on hold for 10 minutes. I then proceeded to speak with the pharmacy technician, who informed me that the medication wasn't available. I had been talking to the same technician all this time, whom I won't mention by name. She offered to let me speak to the pharmacist, who told me that because I live over three miles from this pharmacy, he cannot fill my prescription. I explained that I had been waiting for three weeks and they had never told me about this rule. Now, after three weeks, he is asking me to transfer my prescription to a closer pharmacy, but he won't tell me if the medication is available in the other pharmacy. He asked me to hold and then proceeded to hang up the phone. They canceled my prescription that had been showing "Delayed" for three weeks on the Walgreens app. As a customer, I rely on the pharmacy to provide me with the correct information and a level of service that is both professional and respectful. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me feeling deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of care I can expect from your establishment. I recognize that every business can experience challenges, and I hope that my feedback will prompt a re-evaluation of the service provided at your pharmacy. As a loyal customer, I expect and deserve better. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and prevent similar experiences for others in the future. The supervisor argued with me and told me the bathroom was out of service for me because I really needed to use the bathroom before purchasing an item I was here for. It was an emergency and could have turned out with a clean up on an isle.

THIS IS THE WORST TWIGHLIGHT ZONE OF A WALGREENS THAT EXISTS ON PLANET EARTH! One of the pharmacists always screws up your most important prescriptions that you can't be without and tries to blame you for it. She must have gotten her degree in a box of Cracker Jacks. The place has the smell of piss, s*** and sweat with the ambiance of a NYC subway platform with all the homeless zombies that are allowed to roam around the store and camp out in the parking lot. You'll feel like you need to take a shower when you leave that s*** hole because it's so vile in there.

Always a long line... the pharmacist tend to always mess up my prescriptions. Plan at least 30-45 minutes to wait on them.

Just came into this Walgreen to grab some toothpaste really quick. Came up to the register and there was already 4 people in front of me. There were several employees straightening up holiday plants, including the manager. Wile I was waiting, the manager (Richard) went right in between where I was standing in line to wipe a beverage cooler with a feather duster which had a bunch of dust on the top. i have HORRIBLE eye allergies, literally just picked up a prescription from this Walgreen not too long ago, and within a couple minutes my eyes were getting itchy and watery. I literally waited in line for about 10 mins till I finally walked up to them and asked if I could be checked out and the other register. I even said "please". It may have been a little direct but at this point, who wouldn't be. They didn't even reply, and one of the employees just walked over there like they expected me to follow. On my way out they said something to each other and I saw the manager look up directly at me. I went back inside and said "excuse me". And explained to the manager Richard how they should be better at prioritizing and how it was very rude of him to come over and wipe a bunch of dust a foot away from a customer. He could have simply checked out the customers waiting and done it after.

this is literally the worst pharmacy in the state of florida. the people working have zero sense of urgency and choose to talk to each other about the weather rather than attend to the 15+ people who have been waiting in line for over an hour. save yourself a bad day and visit a different pharmacy.

Absolutely terrible service and ENDLESS lines!! At 524 JEFFERSON AVE. Unfortunately the pharmacy on Collins and 5th was shut down due to a pandemic . Now tens of people are on the line cramped together in a small seatless waiting area awaiting the useless staff. I came by 3 times in different times of the day attempting to pick up my life saving medication. Had to leave all 3 times due to the unreal waiting line. This is NO WAY to serve the south of fifth community!!

That's it, today I walked in this place for the thousandth time only to get BADLY treated and disrespected by their cashier employee named Daniela, that square headed old miserable hag who always puts on a face every single time I come into this store to buy something. I definitely went to corporate TO-DAY to finally complain, I also filed an online complaint with corporate, especially because this has been going on for over an ENTIRE LAST 8 months.

The photo department in this Walgreens is horrible. I've had issues with them 3 times. It's the closest one to my house so I keep coming back but I guess never again after this last experience. I called for passport pictures for my 3 month old baby and the person that answered informed me I could go in and take them there. That the photo department was opened until 8 pm. I get my baby ready and when I get there at 5:30pm I'm told photo is closed. Manager was not helpful. Super lost and the other employee couldn't speak English. I was so upset because it is always an issue in this place, even when you call ahead.

This comment is for the Pharmacy. I've been going here for convenience for years. The new woman Pharmacist is terrible. Literally yelling at people and not being private. She denied me a refill because it was her personal preference too. Literally her words. I miss the old staff. For people that are supposed to be there to assist you in getting better, they honestly made me feel worse. Guess I'll be going somewhere else from now on

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. This location is a few blocks from me, so I go out of convenience. Unfortunately, the pharmacist is super slow and his assistants have huge attitude problems. Today, I dropped off a prescription, they told me it would take 30-40 min to fill it. 1 1/2 hours later, still patiently waiting, I decided to say something. Apparently, no one told the pharmacist to fill the prescription. This team needs to be properly trained on communication and floor management. I highly suggest going anywhere else to have your prescriptions filled. The staff at the Pharmacy at this Walgreens aren't competent, you will waste your afternoon and most likely end up leaving without the prescription being filled. Unbelievable!
