Worst costumer service and racist employees,dark skin girl she was rude and she doesnt want to make my coffe, i was there at 6.35 pm on February 27 with my family and worker she was getting my order and she left and didn't took my order just because i sneezed, very rude person if any manager want proof they can check camera.

from the second you walk into this Starbucks the EMPLOYEES don't want to help you they look you up and down roll their eyes and try to shame you back out the door they have terrible people skills and are just plain rude never getting my hard earned money again :(

Try to send some money to another state. I handed the western Union the cash with my ID and proceeded to tell them where it would go. Waited 15 min and they said can’t send it because of fraud on my behalf. What kind of fraud could there be if I hand them cash with my ID. Had to call a 800 number - on hold for 25 min before I gave up. Went back to the western Union waited in line 20 min and ask to cancel the request. They said they couldn’t do that and had to call and request a cancel wire code. Called them again on hold for 22 min finally they gave me the code. Went back to the WU but they didn’t have cash so said to come back later. Came back 3 hours later and said that I couldn’t collect the money because it was sent already. I said cancel it - they can’t - still here with 8 people in line and 30 min

When I moved to this location, I frequented the Publix and noticed there was a Starbucks. I usually have trouble finding the perfect cup of coffee, but shout-outs to Lesley for helping me create the Best coffee I've had at a starbucks. She has been so kind and helpful. Whenever I decide to grab a cup I can be sure that she will get it exactly the way I like. I always see her working hard at the bar on her own. If Lesley's not there I probably wouldn't buy a coffee. Get this girl a raise!

this starbucks was horrible. their espresso machine was "broken" at 930 in the morning. and they were out of every other alternatives such as brown sugar syrup and oat milk. and when i canceled my drinks because that didn't have s*** the girl at the counter started talking about me as i was walking away. v professional

Very friendly staff but they were confused about a very basic order and even after further explanation, they still managed to make it incorrectly.

I've never left a negative review for a store but I've also never been to a worse Starbucks. We went three times while staying at a nearby hotel thinking one or two mistakes were just a fluke. I ordered an iced latte and got hot - no big deal, happens all the time. I let the barista know. She took the hot latte and dumped it into an iced cup. Then put a little ice one top. Then she took another cup and put ice in it. Then she took the first cup and dumped it in. I lost half the latte (and caffeine) and was left with water milk. It was disgusting. I was in disbelief. Starbucks always just...remakes the drink. It's their policy. She was so rude I didn't want to ask her to remake it. My boyfriend ordered a latte with an extra shot another day and came back with no milk. He said he tried to explain what he wanted so many times that he gave up. AND I saw them charge a man $2.45 for an extra shot. They just charged for an espresso instead of an extra shot. It was insane. WORST Starbucks. It's worth your time to go to the one down the street. Starbucks - please train your employees at this location, my god.

Only two women working at this very busy location- but they were awesome. We walked up to a very long line with people ordering both drinks and food. Neither one of the employees ever became flustered or overwhelmed- or at least they didn't show it. It was amazing that they never got more than one person behind...I've seen longer waits at a well staffed Starbucks. Kudos ladies!

There's no one at the Western Union line. They don't pay attention to you. They take forever to handle the simplest transactions. They talk to you in a condescending manner. This is the worst Western Union in the area.

This Starbucks used to be really nice. But ever since the pandemic they are extremely short staffed to the point they cannot keep the food/drink prep stations clean and sanitary. I have witnessed on two occasions staff touching the inside of customer cups their bare hands, touch the register, take cash, and not wash their hands. It is basic knowledge you should wash your hands before making/touching food and I would prefer gloves too. As for my drink, I ordered a caramel Frappuccino and the Frappuccino had no caramel at all so it was extremely bitter. After waiting 15 minutes I did not have time to go back and wait another 15 minutes. Very sad as I used to love to grab a drink on the weekends here.

So I usually get my coffee on my way to work from here never do I have a problem they are usually nice and polite but today wasn't so nice I ordered my usual the cashier who was attending me had an attitude the whole entire time I said thank you more then once she didn't even look at me or said no problem or anything polite so I'm assuming ok maybe she has a bad day but there's no reason to have that attitude when you are attending customers so when she finished my drink she gave it to me didn't read it back like they usually do and I said thank you once more and she just walked away silently I was very disappointed as I was walking away I tried my drink didn't taste like they put effort and the sweet cream foam wasn't thick it was watery so I went back and told who I'm assuming is the manager she went ahead and fixed it but then I overheard the young lady that originally attended me in the first place say my sweet cream is always perfect very sarcastically and I didn't appreciate that I've never had a problem here unfortunately this was the first and if it happens again I will no longer buy coffee here I like my experience to be pleasant and polite that's how I want to start my day

The worst. I try to come here to shop, get coffee/breakfast and get work done on my laptop but their WiFi NEVER works. I always loved the Starbucks atmosphere to work but not this one! Always a mess and WiFi always down unless you are just on you cell phone. I have to remember to go someplace else.

This particular Starbucks is located on the 2nd floor of Publix directly outside the entrance and it's a wonderful addition to what this place needed. Gone is the prior cafe that sold ice cream that was nearly always just slow, but with Starbucks here, it's busy from morning till night. Most of the staff is quite friendly with their barista skills on point; I had an issue one time but you could tell she was in training so yea, let's cut her some slack. People watching is always quite interesting here too...it reminds me of the olden days when los viejitos were running rampant all over South Beach before South Beach was what it is today. Everyone is talking to someone...and some people are talking to themselves, so there's never a dull moment or quiet one to say the least. Still the closet Starbucks to where I live so I'll take it and with Publix right there, it's just a great place to be.
