Was placing my merchandise on the counter to pay when another customer approached and asked if another register was open so she could check out. The clerk told me to wait as he stepped to another register to take care of her.

The shop is hopeless, selling damaged goods and then refusing to exchange them. I bought a toy car for a child and realized at home that the interior is damaged. I went back to the store and the service was very rude, insisting it was my fault. I left the damaged toy car there and will never go back, and I strongly advise others against their unfriendly service!

Your typical little tourist trap, but not too expensive (you will find all budgets) where you will find this novelty item, or this specific Miami Beach branded clothes. I love the place, and it's fun to get lost in this store. Always something to find. And no touts. So it's pleasant !

Don’t think about buying there, the worst quality I ever bought, see the flip-flops pictures… after one hour of using them.

I went into this store to get beach towels. I was holding two towels in my hand as my girlfriend is searching our beach bag for her wallet to purchase the towels. An older Latina lady approaches us very aggressively saying “OPEN YOUR BAG, OPEN YOUR BAG!” Of course we opened our bag and let her search because we weren’t stealing but I immediately sat the towels back down and left. I’ve never been treated so poorly in an establishment. She didn’t ask to search anyone else in the store. She watched and followed us as soon as we walked into the store. I’ll never shop here or support this business. Don’t shop here if you’re black unless you want to be harassed and mistreated.

This is my 25$ hat from this store after the first day of wearing it. A great waste of money.

Experienced racism by one of the workers. I would recommend shopping here if you are black.

I picked up a couple of souvenirs for my mom before Christmas while in the area. I think the pants were on a mismarked hanger so I accidentally grabbed a small. I also got mom the matching shirt in her normal size. I kept the receipt just in case and when I gave them to mom she noticed the pants were actually a small and the shirt seemed a bit too large. We weren't going to be back in the Miami area until the end of the month. The women wouldn't let me exchange for the same item/different size. So BUYER BEEARE in this sleazy beach shop. I definitely won't purchase anything from this establishment in the future (I do plenty of shopping in these type shops since I live in FL).
