Found a caterpillar crawling in my celery bag when I came home , so make sure you look through the produce before bringing it home .
I was shook 😣 Very disappointed and I threw it all in the trash wasted my money unfortunately.

Today I went over to the Aldi's located on SW 132 AVE and 88TH Street which I normally go to and never have an issue. I love the place, the prices but today they had a gentleman that normally is unpacking the groceries working on the cashier register which has been the only personnel that has ever giving such poor lack of customer service. The rest of the staff pretty much knows me but this gentleman even went as far as raising his hands at me as I was trying to reenter my pin since he had cxl the previous transaction. I'm very disappointed that another coworker of his was right next to us and didn't even flinch to advise the gentleman to come down.

The cashier … oh lord took me to breathe 2 seconds before i left all my grocery’s on top and leave . Started to rain and she was complaining because more people were coming in ???? What am i missing ?? WE PAID THEM TO BE THERE or close the store because your employees dont want to work .Customer service is crashing so bad .

The supermarket closes at 9 and I arrived at 8:15 and they didn't let me in because according to the system the cash registers close at 8:30. The cashier with a bad tone told me that I couldn't enter and the cleaning lady He continued with his bad tone, the truth is, the first time I come and I leave with this bad impression.

I had a problem with the register, and when I asked the cashier at the cash line for help, she was rude and ill-mannered. Then one came and told me if you don't know English it's better to go to the cashier. When she verified the problem, it was the register and she didn't even apologize. She also did this to some elderly people. This was on Sunday, July 28, 2024. They should put people willing to help, not make the customer feel bad.

I lost my wallet last Monday, the next day I went to this Aldi because it had been the last place where I had used it, the first thing I did was ask a Mr. Alberto who collects the shopping carts, this kind man remembered that he had found the wallet, he even remembered the photo of my driver's license that was in it, he told me that he gave it to a supervisor (Dianelys) and that she took it to management and left it there. Hopeful, I went in search of the Manager accompanied by Mr. Alberto. When Mr. Omar (Manager) came out of his office to assist us, we told him everything that happened. It was then that Mr. Omar entered the office again and supposedly checked the lost and found area. , he comes out and tells me that he is not there, I ask him to ask his colleagues and check the cameras but he tells me that the cameras are all broken but that if I want I can return on Friday
I returned on Friday and Mr. Omar (Manager), clearly upset in a rude tone, told me that he had checked the cameras and that there was nothing and that he had little time to continue assisting me, I told him that I would escalate this and he responded. I don't care, do what you want to do
My wallet had cash, debit and credit cards, my driver's insurance card, etc.
