Today. October 1, 2024 at around 12:45 pm, I needed assistance with sizes from the associate on the floor. She was having a casual conversation with the male UPS driver about pay rates and how she was going to apply to work at UPS in Broward where she lives. I put my hand up to get her attention because I didn’t wanna interrupt. She told me to wait. I waited for a little over a minute and got her attention again. She told me to wait again as she finished her casual conversation. I walked past her and the UPS driver and left the store. I will NEVER return to this store. She was extremely unprofessional and rude to an extent and I no longer felt welcome in that establishment.

Horrible customer service!!!! Ashley stewart just lost a long time customer due to disrespectful a manager at the Miami Gardens store.
Went to return an item that was eligible for return however the store manager refused the item and ignored my questions on why they were being so irritational about an item that is from Ashley Stewart. There shouldn't be a difference because I bought it from the online store, especially since the item is carried by the store. I bought 2 of the same item online in different sizes. I exchanged one size for a different color, and then on a different day I decided to return the other. However it seems the clerk that originally did the first exchange must have processed a return for the wrong item, so when I went to return the 2nd item it showed as already returned. Mind you I have the item in hand with the tag on. They refused to take and said I have to contact the online store since that's where I bought it. Like seriously I'm presenting the item with the tag on it. When I questioned what sense it made to have to contact online when I'm there with an eligible return, the manager gave me a "not today response" and turned her back ignoring me. Wow, just wow!!
The item is only $15, and I'll probably just donate it to charity, but now Ashley Stewart has lost a customer!

I have a "White" event to attend in a few days. Their selection was outstanding!! From casual to dressy to churchy to short shorts, their selection is bar none the best!I went to H&M and Macy's earlier and either the prices were too high (Cmon Macy's $95 for a blouse?) or the clothes was trendy only for Gen Z'ers.Great service, helpful friendly sales people, sizes from 12 to 28 and budget friendly prices!I'll be back for sure!
