AT&T store location at NW 183rd St and 27th Ave was the third store I visited when my phone broke a week ago.After being told that my phone was dead and that I had lost everything and the only solution was to buy a new phone, I walked into this 183rd street store and met Daniel. Daniel was able to help me replace my phone and he knew how to transfer everything from the broken phone so I didn't lose anything. I have all my contacts, pics, videos and more. I left the store feeling very happy.Thank you Daniel.

I’m all for on the job training but being able to speak English should be a priority, when servicing English speaking patrons. I have had two horrible experiences at this store. I went to upgrade my phone and was there for like an hour only to leave with my phone not completely transferred because she didn’t know what she was doing nor did she speak English. Second time I went, I was trying to get a SIM card. I left and my phone didn’t work, couldn’t call out or receive anything. I ended on on the phone with ATT for over an hour of them trying to sort through what she did. She put the wrong phone on the wrong number and suspended a line. So if you don’t know Spanish, don’t go!!!
