Hello, I have been a customer of yours for more than 15 years and I felt discriminated against by the employees of this store today 11/7/2024...I simply wanted to check the battery. Edgar was indisposed when I spoke to him with my little English...but he understood... .and bad form..he sent another one who told him that it was mine too...in short I left there for auto parts...and bought my battery what was the problem...they should hire people...enable us to work and help...I won't come back again...

I had a great customer service experience with Michael C. I had a long day and just knew if was going to get worse but Michael had to be heaven sent his positive attitude and his determination towards helping me find a solution to my car problems was everything. I have been in customer service for over 25 years and I rarely see or meet someone with his kindness even in my field. Good help is hard to find and I pray he becomes successful because he deserves it. Keep up the good work Michael thanks for making my day ?

I mean he helped me and I’m so very thankful. He took my complicated battery out of my Lincoln MKC, and I’m so very grateful. I was very distraught at first cause I went to another Auto Zone and the guy, acted like he didn’t wanna do it! So glad I came to this location. KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK! Please give this man a raise, promotion, SOMETHING! He’s very valuable to your company and an asset! He works hard and is very diligent!
Please hear me when I tell you: KEEP HIM!! Do not lose him! He deserves much much more!
