Someone from this store keeps calling me regarding a past-due balance. When I question them, they hang up. I do not have a line of credit from Badcock. I don't have any furture from Badock. I have not been in a Badcock store in many, many years. I just received a call and when I started to ask questions, the person hung up. I googled the store and called the number in Google (same number as the number that called me). I explained why I was calling and asked to speak to the manager. The person said he was transferring me to the department that handled billing. He transferred me to the Florida City Store. The Florida City Store employee had better customer service skills. I will be filing a complaint with the State and will be visiting the store soon. If someone is using my information, you would think the store would want to be helpful.

**** DONT BUY HERE***** "The customer service I received was terrible, and the quality of the furniture I purchased was very poor. In fact, the furniture did not even last a year and appeared to be four years old. Moreover, their insurance policy wasn't worth the money I paid for it. They would harass me and even come to my home for payment, even if I was only a few days late. When I tried calling the corporate office, no one was able to help me, and they just sent me back to the store. I have never seen a company that is so poorly managed." I will NEVER buy from you again!!!!

Richard was great,the selection was excellent a lot of different styles .The prices may be the best in South fla. For me. Delivery was also excellent the guys were very nice and put it all together....nice!!!Love my purchase!!!
