Everyone right ignore that place. Manager very rude shes not bilingual and customer service is very horrible!!!!! Please switch someone who has respect and caring and wanting to do their job not stand their just look cute being on your phone. It's a job be professional this loc is horrible overall and phones are over priced they say there is a deal but it's no deal they catch you in the end til you hear the amount you weren't suppose to pay. So never coming back til you switch that lady out of the store. She's a manager she's horrible worse manager ever.

The employees here don't speak English and they don't even know what phones they have on stock. I was told a specific iPhone wasn't in stock over the phone yet a friend of mine went to the same store right after and got the phone I wanted himself. So I was either lied to or the employees don't know their own store.

RUDE/BAD MANAGEMENT MANAGER ARLENE, my father is a senior citizen who came into this store for help on his device and was treated rudely and was refused service. He came in asking for help locating his account information and she refused to assist him because he was not opening a new line. HORRIBLE MANAGER HORRIBLE SERVICE. I asked if there was any way to speak with a superior but she claimed to be the only manager. spend your money anywhere but AVOID this location!!!!!
