Thee worse cvs in miami gardens, i walked in with a tote bag so i'm not walking around with a product to return, so they called "security to the front" which was clearly for me. Then they wouldn't assist me with exchanging because i didn't have a receipt. Not to mention, the store's parking lot is trashy.

I made an appointment for a flu vaccine at this location and arrived/checked in for my appointment. I waited almost 30 minutes before going up to the check in area again to see what was going on and one of the providers there said “oh I didnt know you were here”. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people's time.

8/11/2024 11:30 am miami gardens location,Sunday The pharmacist and technician at CVS today was very unprofessional I was not acknowledged until after the personal conversation about game night and people not showing up etc. but couldn't fill my rx that was do today .
This is the first time this has happened and never with the other pharmacy team I never saw this crew before

The area of the pharmacy where the medications are collected, very bad on the part of the staff, I had a bad time due to the poor work of that pharmacy to the point that my husband became upset because of a medication that they claimed to have given me, which in the end I paid for it. because my husband needs it because he recently had surgery with very poor service, not to mention that no one speaks Spanish in that area and personnel from another area have to come, etc.

I am having open heart surgery, and I have had a bad time because the people delivering my medications claim to have given them to me a week ago, which was not the case, in the end I had to pay for them willingly because I need it, but believe me, I don't know. You can't interact with anyone because you also don't have anyone who speaks Spanish, so everything becomes more difficult, very bad service.
