Disappointing experience at DK Nails! I visited this salon expecting a professional nail job, but what I got was a mess. My nails were unevenly shaped, the polish was applied sloppily, and would peel off the finish was rough.The staff is very helpful but the quality of the job is not. As a recommendation i suggest cleaning a little more the nail salon and keeping it more professional looking.

I enjoyed the beautiful lashes and eyebrow work done by Lina until I realized I was not appreciated as a customer. On numerous occasions, I was asked to pause in the middle of being serviced for a pedi or full set to allow Lina to quickly service another client for brows or lashes. I would patiently wait my turn no questions asked. The same grace or courtesy was NEVER EXTENDED TO ME! I always have to wait for her to finish another client, or start another client. I never get the luxury of being serviced first even with an appointment. Not to mention I am always kind and tip 22% minimum. The favoritism and lack of professionalism is baffling. Do not patronize this business!!!!

Sloppy work. Had polish on rim cuticle and skin; I asked them to remove it; her response - Oh, it will come off when you wash your hands. I had to insist that she remove excess nail polish from cuticle and skin area. Ugh! Not friendly either.

market price for subpar service and products. Well staffed but see itemized bill if you get multiple service. Busy place with very little wait times unless you need a specific nail tech that everyone else wants. Eye lash and eye brow tint queen is Hong, don’t allow anyone else to do. Long wait for her so best to make appt if possible. gel polish is cheap quality. Peels off after couple days. I come here now after today for eye brow tint only!

I went to this salon . Kevin is terrible . He doesn’t properly clean your toes . After the wash , he didn’t properly rinse my toes . The front desk was extremely unprofessional, and bad customer service. The moment you mentioned something they are doing that is wrong , they start talking to their coworkers in their language . Bad customer service . Be careful
