I paid off a loan with DCFCU in June 2022, as of October 2013 they still reflect a balance on my loan in Equifax and Transunion. It has been a nightmare in trying to get them to do the right thing, they do not care about their customers, they customer service personnel on the phone is horrible, the wait time to speak to someone is over 45 minutes and when you do get someone on the phone they tell you have to walk into a branch, totally unprofessional and the staff they have on small Walmart locations are totally unprepared to give assistance a resolutions to a simple problem. This bank runs like a mom and pop cash and carry store.

They never answer the phone no matter when you call. I called exactly at 9 am and waited 45 minutes no body answered. Ridiculous

This credit union is sorry I bet their losing business you can't even go in there anymore without an appointment like what is the point of it being there? Just unbelievable and of course they do this in the black community sorry!

I wanted to take a minute to commend Kris Walters from the DCFCU, Miami Gardens Branch. Kris works with the Dade Auto Desk (DAD), a service that the credit union offers to its members, to assist with new/used car purchases. Kris hit the ground running and quickly found a used car meeting all my needs. He arranged to have the car delivered to a dealer closer to my home. When I arrived, the car was clean and full of gas. Once I decided to buy the car, Kris worked with my loan officer to facilitate all the details necessary to finalize the loan. Kris is easy to work with and very accommodating to all needs and requests. He did a great job and deserves the recognition. I deficiently recommend the Dade Auto Desk, just ask for Kris Walters.

Chris Walters from the Miami Gardens office is a rock star. He was polite, efficient and effective. He negotiated a much better price for me and had the car delivered in one day. He also helped me get the best financing possible.

Drive Thru customer service is TERRIBLE. they answer the intercom when they feel like it and have absolutely no sense of urgency almost like they are purposely taking their time. Also this credit union does not have a bill counter which is a little crazy to me you have to wait for them to manually count bills

This was my first experience with the Dade Auto Desk, and I'm so grateful I called. The representative, Kris Walters, was very polite, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain all the new truck features, which helped me make the right decision. Kris sent me photos of several trucks, then connected me with a dealership within the hour. I went and test drove a few trucks and took ownership of my new vehicle the next day! BEST auto buying experience EVER! Kudos to Mr. Walters...You're the Best! I just purchased my second vehicle from DCFCU. The experience was the same as the first time. I did not have to hassle for a better price. Daymar, one of the managers, took care of everything for me, and the staff was great also. Excellent price and great customer service. I highly recommend the DCFCU.
