I felt I was racial harass beena white male in a African American branch as approach the teller and found out that they were not going to do my deposit if I didn't take my had off. Even though there were 4 black customers making transactions with their cap on . This place needs monitoring staring fron the branch managersNajale Jones and frank buckler and the other staff members.I ended been yell at by frank one of the member obligating me to sit and shouting at me in front of my face, like if i was part of his family. ( Of course everything its going to be reported and investigated. ) the worst service and place I've ever been to.Najari Jones refused to make my transaction.Frank buckle was the person gettingInto my face yelling and trying to intimidating me. They don't deserve to be in their position and a branch manager and the officer position if they don't know how to treat people. Hope they get their attention call and this issue needs to be resolved immediately.

Wait-time to see a branch officer at the DCFCU Miami Garden's branch is horrible. Give a couple of hours of your life if you need anything else but teller services. I was 1 of 6 people waiting and complaining about the wait time.

On August 28, I went into this branch and experienced pure chaos. DCFCU branches across Florida's new system update left hundreds of its loyal members unable to access their account information online. Members could not call to find out their balance and much more. Those who are leaders did not reassure customers of safety, protection, or restore service. There were two amazing staff by the name of Stephanie Miles and Richon who were absolutely amazing and helped several members get back into their accounts. Keep up the good work. Hopefully, this who are in leadership positions follow your level of expertise and professionalism.

Have been apart of this bank for over 10 years. Some of the best customer service that I have experienced. Daymar & Maria we’re amazing in helping me get a new car and I couldn’t of been happier!

Close your account and choose another credit Union.1) Drive through Customer Service: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Their customer service are clearly bothered when customers ask a question or need guidance. They don’t need much less exceed customer expectations.2) Inside branch customer service: The welcome receptionist is a joke, she’s bothered and doesn’t know how to give direction or explain much to customers.3) Behind counter customer service: seeing the drive through was unsuccessful, I had to go inside . Here is where they earned a star.3) Cleanliness: Do they own a broom or dust pan?

If you are not black you do not have a privilege for the bank to let you in, the Caribbean are very racist toward the white. The service is horrible horrible. She will close her account eventually of this serious issue.

I've never had a problem with the staff from any of the branches. They're working with what they have.The problem I have is with the way DCFCU does business. I have never been to any other bank that requires ten working days to clear a check, and no it wasn't a personal check.They screw up all the time and have caused my credit score to suffer because when I try and pay my bills they take their time paying the money out.What good is using a debit card to pay for stuff and not reflecting the transaction on the account until days or weeks later.I am so done with this organization. I see no benefit in remaining with them and will recommend to everyone I know to stay clear of this credit union.

D.A.D auto desk helped me tremendously . They remained in contact with me and the dealer throughout the entire ordeal . I was pleasantly surprised at how fast everything went through.

This bank is That is the bank that I consider to be the most disrespectful that I have seen in all the years of my life. The lady at the entrance made me wait for more than an hour and a half outside and in the end she never called me to be attended to and they closed the bank all my lost morning that is unacceptable for a bank where one deposits our money they should have employees with more respect for customers but never in my life I go to that bank.

I have been a member of DCFCU for some time, but this week I had to wire transfer a large amount of money to the UK. I was helped by Kelsei Gainey (operator number 2113), and she was absolutely incredible. Really smart, incredible personality and was able to roll with all of the challenges I provided her and complete my transaction extremely efficiently. Kelsei is a great asset to your team and I look forward to working with her again.

This is the absolute worst bank I have ever banked with. Even after you deposit money to cover a transaction, they still charge a $29 fee. They don’t care about their customers. When I called to inquire about it, they only had to answer “I’m sorry you feel that way ma’am” Their manager, Susan or whatever her name is, was even more unhelpful after I voiced I am a nursing student on scholarship I don’t have money just to give away, any considerate person would have reversed the fee as that was the money I had for groceries. I will now be switching over all of my direct deposits and bills because it is not worth the headache. I will not be going inside to close my account either. It can lay dormant for however long cause I will not be using it. They’ll close it eventually when they realize they can’t steal money from me anymore.

I thought I was going to bank here but negative they rude and horrible. The guy whatever that is with that childish IMX hair style is ridiculous and rude. How can you want to be a woman then be rude to us.??♀️ That behavior shouldn’t be in banking however the boss has to be just as ghetto to allow such behavior
