Freezing Mechanical provided excellent service installing a new A/C unit in my home. They did a great job working in the attic, and José Mesa handled the attic work with professionalism and skill ,everything was nicely done. From my first conversation with Orlando, I felt safe and confident with the entire process. The service was smooth, clear, and secure.

I had an emergency with my air conditioning and called Freezing Mechanical due to their good reviews. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, they didn’t show up, and they didn’t even bother to call. After waiting 40 minutes, I had to call them myself, and they told me they wouldn’t come and would call me the next day to reschedule—something that never happened.
In short, they wasted my time and proved to be a very unreliable service. If you really want the job done, it’s best to avoid this company.

Mr. Ariel Estevez, sales representative, was really understandable of what I wanted and needed and look for what really fit my budget, he took the time to call and clarify any doubts I may had about the financing part and most importantly it was easy and in a short time I had my A/C working….
