Goodwill Industries of South Florida in Miami Gardens/Stadium is a well-known organization that helps create jobs for people with disabilities by accepting donations and providing employment opportunities. It is one of the largest employers in Miami-Dade County, with over 2,600 employees, and focuses on rehabilitation and training for individuals with disabilities. The store itself is clean and organized, with clothes neatly sorted by size and a selection of new items near the front. While the variety of items may be limited at times, shoppers have found some hidden gems, especially since the store receives merchandise from affluent Miami Lakes, which can lead to unique finds. However, some customers have noted that prices can be high, with occasional markups on items. The staff generally provides good service, with some employees being praised for their helpfulness and friendliness. There have been mixed experiences, including a few issues like broken items from online orders and concerns over prices, but many appreciate the store for its organization, helpful staff, and the positive impact it has on the community. Overall, it’s a place where shoppers can find valuable items and support a good cause.
I had two items arrive broken from ShopGoodwill Miami Gardens. It did take a while to get a resolution to the issue, but the problem has been solved. Thank you.
