It's usually pretty chill, I love the music, and they have something for every area of the house!
I've been going to this location for almost 20 years, even though I live 20 miles away!!

The most unethical store offering online bidding services. Multiple times withheld information about the products.
I know it’s used but you are hiding information like tears and stains. Others do not.

Very bad service, I wanted to return something and the manager took about 20 minutes and went to check the receipt and never came back, she treated me terrible, and I who donate so much there, very bad what I was going to return was 6 dollars , the truth is disappointed .

This location is clean and organized and I was greeted upon entering. Clothes were organized by size and neat. There's also a selection of new items near the front. The selection of items to choose from for shopping is limited and the cashier only offered a purchased bag for my items which I declined so I left with the items in my hands, no bag.

i bought stuff from here but i do have to say they mark up the prices a lot. i saw a piece of decor with an original tag for $3 and they crossed it off and put 4$.

We took a Desk in very good condition. The guy just did not want to accept it because he said location was full. Not true. He was just lazy, lazy and very lazy with the heat.I will never bring anything there again. Disgusting. What happened to the Goodwill of before?

Leslie at this location claims she is Not a Manager but closes the store and gave me the worst customer service.I was offered a discount on box springs later to tell me she could not give me the $20 Discount.. the Language barrier was not easy as the sold me the wrong items to began with. Then after offering me a discount would not run my card to the different in price the wanted to run again for full amount. At the end of it all was a big mess. I never got the discount and left very displeased. Doubt I will ever come and give my business again.

Absolute worst Goodwill location! Manager was screaming at the personnel multiple times, I saw this employee exit the office crying and and asked her if she was okay and she told me that her regional manager had humiliated her and it wasn’t the first time! I will definitely be reporting this situation because Goodwill should do better! this was my last straw I’m never stepping foot in this place ever again
