I came to this location for the first time and o have to say Dave has underwhelming customer service skills. His energy is horrible he was on the phone with his girlfriend while conducting my transaction having a full-fledged conversation on FaceTime and very short, very indirect just underwhelming. I will not be back at this location again however there was a gentleman working with him that was exceptionally nice customer service oriented. I don’t know if they were tagged him in or what but one was nice. Maybe it was bad guy good guy, but I’m gonna get the other guys name and I’m gonna come back and edit this. He was nice. Well, let’s talk about the vehicle so I got in a vehicle and it says no smoking in the vehicle whatsoever and it smells like somebody’s been smoking 18 packs of cigarettes, not to mention the brakes on the vehicle will have you sliding into seven vehicles in front of you. It was so loose. It was so loose that that unfortunately it was scary scary so needed to say the vehicle needed to be washed on outside. It was dirty. I took a full videos of everything not only that but the brakes in the vehicle were bad and the customer service was bad!

I rented a vehicle. Reservation was prepaid. I just noticed months later, this location charged me again. They actually gave me a better rate, but I wasn't supposed to be charged at all! I had already paid. Now I had to ask Hertz for a refund for my original payment. Be very careful if you book here.

Place has horrible customer service. No accurate communication AT ALL the employees are rude and act like you're not there they don't acknowledge you when you walk in the door and it's a mission and a half to rent a car. I would go somewhere else if I were you . What a shame

Too expensive just for one day. They also charged $200 for deposits even though you put car insurance protection. First and last time I will rent a car for them.

The manager George was very helpful and courteous.
The pickup process was quick and painless, and the drop off couldn’t have been easier.
Thank you George!
Not the most beautiful location, but it got the job done.
NOTE: If you are dropping off your car anytime close to rush hour, leave tons of extra time to sit in bumper to bumper traffic on the avenue.

Crumbs all throughout the vehicle looks like it hasn’t been washed or properly cleaned inside nor out. There was NO gas when it was given to me. Spent $50 on a deductible and have to fill up an empty tank too??!? I’m returning it just as it was when I got it.

The 2024 Mercedes Benz we rented was Roach infested!!!! Guy at the desk claimed only the manager could issue a full refund and still charged me! 10/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The customer service at this office is on par with its cleanliness and appearance: nothing short of disgusting. I'll never understand how such a terribly run business is operating. Avoid like the plague!
They tried desperately to charge me an additional $350 even though I had a contract stating an agreed price. I was told there was no way the extra cost could be removed and I should contact customer service. I continued to argue my point for 30 minutes and miraculously the extra $350 was now able to be removed. Perhaps a case of divine intervention?
I'll never rent with Hertz again.

Rented a car yesterday. Customer service was horrible. Employee didn't even say good morning. The place is filthy. The car I was given was also filthy on the inside and outside. The car had dust, dirt, and old french fries. Came back to return the car today. Location is suppose to open at 8am it's 8:10 and lights are off, door closed and no one here.

Probably one of the best Hertz Car rental offices. Competent staff, explaining everything in detail. Didn’t experience any hidden fees. Hold on credit card was released and all charges were accurate. Didn’t charge anything for 15min late drop off. No lines when picking up the car in the morning. Return was easy and fast. Most negative reviews out there about this place are caused by people not doing enough research before renting a car. Paying with debit card, guaranteed car, fuel policy. They be just complaining when they treat rental cars like their own cars. Also recommending to get AAA membership will save you some fees - especially for young drivers.
