Crystal Nails & Spa Miami is a nail salon that offers good work, but with inconsistent customer service. Some technicians, like Mia, provide attentive and great service, making clients feel relaxed and pampered. However, other staff members have been reported to be rude, disrespectful, and unfriendly, prioritizing their own conversations over customer needs. Despite having a loyal client base, the salon's attitude towards customers has changed over time, becoming more take-it-or-leave-it. While some clients have had positive experiences, others have been mistreated and have chosen to take their business elsewhere.
Love this place. John is fast and a excellent technician, his design skills are awesome, he always does a great job with my nails and my feet he gets five stars,
