I don't have good experiences with the actual two employees in there.Last week on the 12/03/2023,I took my sister to buy a sim,the guy told me that they're have a wireless In-Ear Heardset for free, I was like oh ok thank you. Can you believe he charged me $82.01.He was trying not to give me the receipt because, I will know the truth. He charged me for the Wireless In-Ear Heardset which I didn't ask for. I asked for $40 plan He charged 46.That's not my first bad experience with them. Don't lying to me to get my money.

I don't like establishments that don't honor their policies. How is it showing on Google updated information about your location. But this location don't follow them. Your opening hours are 8:00 am. Not 9:00 am. Then the gentlemen behind the counter throw hiw hand up showing 9. Then don't let me explain myself that is shows this location is open in Google.

If I could give no stars I would. I would give negative stars if I could. Worse customer service ever. I called and was asking questions to buy device and add a line to get the promo and asked what the total would roughly be... The representative didn't know jack about anything. And neither did the manager. I called on Jan.17, at 2:00 pm. I'm putting the details of when I called so if the owner of this location sees this review, he or she does themselves the favor to get new employees to replace the incompetent people they have working at that store. I will never buy anything else from this location.
