Talk about exploiting the elderly. My elderly mother went into the Miami Lakes location at 57th Avenue on 2-20-2021 to replace my 70 year old dads phone. GRECIA told my mother the cheapest phone she had was $139 but told her she will give her a $90 credit. Then told her she need it to have a $ 37.45 screen protector and charged her $23.57 for replacing the phone and upgrading my mother's service. GRECIA told her she had 7 day to return the phone. Well guess what now that my mother went back to return the phone she was told that they couldn't take the phone back because it was an upgrade. DO NoT USe this location is the worst franchise and they take advantage of the elderly.
