“I am giving this Regions Bank 4 stars because I've probably had my smoothest banking experience here - much to my surprise. The location is pretty inconvenient given the back up traffic that flows here. I had to come here because this is one of the few INSTANT ISSUE Regions banks in the area. It took me longer to drive here than get my new card. The teller was polite and only required my ID and social security (or account number) to get a new card. I was in and out of there in about 5 minutes! Very pleasant experience given Regions experiences in the past.”
