The one and only time I go to a laundromat because my dryer at home is broken, I bring home bed bugs. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous considering bed bugs, lice etc. should be your main concern as a laundry business. Clean up your facilities regularly or don’t run a laundromat!

If your first instinct is to insult a paying customer rather than investigate a serious health and hygiene concern, it says everything about how you run your business. I don’t need a lecture on how bed bugs die in dryers — anyone with basic knowledge knows that. But you’re ignoring the fact that infestation doesn't happen in the dryer. Bed bugs can be picked up in baskets, on folding tables, chairs, carts, or even the floor—all areas that don't reach “extreme heat.”
Saying your facility is cleaned nightly and “no one’s ever complained before” doesn’t mean it’s clean right now. Bed bugs don’t care about your cleaning schedule or your denial. They travel easily and infest quickly, and the only “hygiene issue” here is your defensive attitude and refusal to even consider that your space might have a problem.
I went to your business once and brought bed bugs home once. That’s not a coincidence — that’s cause and effect.
If your idea of customer service is blaming victims and dodging responsibility, then I hope this review saves others from learning the hard way.

My friends and I love washing our clothes at this wash house every Saturday morning. The MUSIC is very relaxing. Sometimes we spend more than we should talking and listening to the music.

I wash there every few weeks and the guys are super helpful but The lady that works in there has a TERRIBLE attitude. She was rude to me the very first time I came there so I stopped coming. I hate going in there when she's working.

The staff is rude and unprofessional!! Washer machines smells and is unsanitary. The place is filthy!! The Washer machine stained my matress cover with some black stain and they would not refund me . They said it was user error!!!! A lot bombs hangs inside and in the front of the establishment which feels unsafe.

Visiting the area and needed to do laundry. A friend recommended this place. Shaq was very pleasant, personable and helpful. Will definitely use again if in area.

Very dirty!!
Large wash machines cost $7.25 + an extra dollar if you want an extra rinse.
The large dryers cost $0.25 per 5 minutes
The place is very dirty, but most importantly, the machines are not well kept. The area where you place the soap, softener and bleach is FILTHY!! Mold and who knows whats in there...
The staff lady was very nice. That's why I gave it two stars instead of 1

I was able to get my laundry done at the Nice Coin Laundry.They had several washing machines and dryers to use. However the washing machines and the dryers need to be upgraded.The dryers do not dry your clothing on the first dry. I usually put .75cent for each machine that I'm drying and I always have to dry it a 2nd time or even a 3rd time.Also, the washing machines had some of the detergent residues left in the area were you would add your detergent.The staff was very friendly and they had a movie playing which had the customers engaged.

I haven't been to a laundry mate in 20+yrs but do to my minimal lifestyle I decided to visit this one and I was disappointed.First, it's the foul smell from the machines or the dirty rags the attended use to clean the place but it smells like dead rats. Secondly, the soap dishes need to be clean attended, instead of pointing out signs. Also, work on your customer service skill middle age black man. With age should come wisdom. The machine washes the clothes only 8 mins. of the 28 mins. wash cycle and the dryers get hot for $0.25/5 mins.... First and last visit.

Terrible service from the person in charge, the machines do not work well and they do not let you know which ones are bad.
