I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Yesterday, I passed by the service center at 7 am to have someone run a diagnostic on my car. The car is a LEASE, which I have had for barely 2 months. The day prior, though the car was on and in drive, it would not move. It was extremely stressful because it was a very busy street and I was in the center lane. I had to turn the car on and off 6 times before the car moved. KEEP IN MIND THE CAR IS BRAND NEW. For the man who attended me at the service center yesterday, since there was no blinking light on the dash, nothing was wrong with the car. I would love to tell you his name, but this man failed to even introduce himself to me when he came up to me. All i know is he was bald, had a beard, and was entirely incapable of providing me with any information. All he said was that they needed 48 hours with the car in order to figure out the problem. As a medical assistant who works every day at 9 am and cannot miss work, this was going to be a problem, so I asked him for a loaner. He immediately says they have no loaners and when I asked how I am supposed to get to work, he shrugs and repeats himself. I had to reiterate myself 3 TIMES before he said they offer a one way lyft service that goes up to 10 miles. I tell him my house is 14 miles away and my job is 19 miles away so what was i supposed to do. I have no one to pick me up and no car to take home or to work. Was he expecting me to just sit at the service center for two days? I asked when a loaner would be available and he said he didn't know. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE. So someone can just leave with a loaner and not return for 3 months. ONCE AGAIN HE SHRUGS. says yes basically. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE. I ask for a manager. Says his manager doesn't come in until 10 am. So they open at 7 am with employees who are very obviously either untrained or extremely incompetent and have zero information to offer people in need of assistance. As someone who received incredible service when leasing this car and continue to receive incredible kindness and consideration when I contact the man who sold me the car with any questions I have about the car; I was SHOCKED to have received such terrible service by this man and this service center. This service center was rude, inconsiderate, and it is utterly unacceptable. I TOLD THIS MAN I AM 21 YEARS OLD AND I AM SCARED THIS CAR WOULD LEAVE ME STRANDED ON THE EXPRESSWAY BACK HOME. AND HE SHRUGGED AT ME AND SAID THAT WAS ALL THEY COULD OFFER ME. That's not even basic human decency. It is a SHAME that such a great dealership has to be tied to such a tragically terrible service center. As a woman and as a first time leaser, doing anything with my car is a scary experience and this man made me feel like this service center could not care less. I will be posting this same review to every platform I see fit, because I hope everyone, especially young working women, know this center will not give you the service and consideration you are deserving of.

Made an appointment to be there on Sunday. The person I made the appointment with wasn't even there had to speak to a different salesman. He pulled up my information I was told they would do better than Carvana and Carmax trade-in value for my vehicle. Well they didn't. They were close the car had no gas the car had the check engine light, blinking for an oil change not very well prepared for a showing, then with the haggling back-and-forth for the vehicle price and the trade-in value four hours later back-and-forth the manager came out let's do this deal I was ready to do the deal with my offer and he said no it was $800 short so he decided it wasn't worth it. Over $800.00. Then we received a call the next day to see how my experience was after explaining the situation to the original guy, we were called liars. This has been the worst experience I've had at a dealership and I usually buy a car and have no issues but this time there was just too much fudging going on with the numbers, take 100 from here put 100 there take 1000 from here put it there just to make it look like I was getting what I asked for ... Bottom line they talk to talk to get you in but when it comes to moving money around to make it look pretty well NOT FOR ME. I would not recommend this dealership. And if you do go bring a calculator pad and pen to keep track of the changes they wouldn't let me keep anything NO EVIDENCE. ....

I always thought that choosing a Volkswagen dealer service department for maintenance would definitely be more professional, serious and attentive than an outside car repair shop. But I was wrong! I was actually serious and attentive for what I thought was my professionalism. What I got in return was long waits and unprofessional service. I was here in August for an oil change, tire balancing and front and rear tire rotation. I just discovered this when I inflated the tires today. All four of my tires were scratched, I may want to check other areas. My car has always been maintained at a Volkswagen dealer. If anyone reads this review, please don't pay for your regrets. Choose something else.

Very bad service, they sold me a car and after 6 months they told me that it was time to change the brakes. They charge me amounts that are already charged in the monthly fee

The rudest car dealership I've ever encountered is this one right here I highly do not recommend no one to ever come here. The sale people are the first ones that are the rudest people ever highly recommend. Do not come here continue to the next one because here they just want your money and they don't care.

The price of the car listed online did not match the price at the dealership. Their website quoted a "Palmetto57 Price" and "Cash Option" as the MSRP ( $30,838) of the vehicle. Upon arrival at Palmetto57, the "Palmetto Price" was much higher. In my case, for a 2023 Taos SE it was $4,000 higher. Surprise! Also at their website is a "value your vehicle" option (powered by KBB) which I used to get a price range. At Palmetto57, their offer on my trade-in was thousands lower than the bottom of the price range they quoted on my trade-in. The facility is clean, well maintained, and pleasant.

BEWARE! Honestly, if I could give this dealership zero stars I would. I purchased the vehicle approximately 40 days ago and all of a sudden five warning lights turned on. The car was drivable but with limitations to the speed the car travels (30 mph). For any trade made to the dealership, I was under the impressions that it undergoes a thorough inspection. However, I should have been more cautious when I was handed the Carfax Report and noticed that there was an CRITICAL SAFETY recall that hadn't been addressed, yet they alleged that the vehicle goes through inspection...I'm not so sure now! I have owned many cars in the past, different makes and models, new and used, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced something like this in the past. I immediately contacted the dealer and brought it in the next morning. We met with the General Manager, Yancarlo Garcia. They took the car into service, and let's say they are now the bill is almost $1K. I suppose out of guilt they are covering a portion of the cost. Regrettably, this isn't good enough, in my opinion. I am not concerned with the repair but rather with what other underlying issues the car might have in addition to this current problem. Further, we clearly overpaid for this car! This is something I should have better educated myself on. I suppose this is what happens when you put your trust in an almost 90-year-old brand; you believe that the brand and the dealership are synonymous. The dealership, in my opinion and overall experience, does not have the buyers best interest at heart nor do they properly and thoroughly inspect their vehicles upon trade, another obvious disregard for the buyers and their safety. To future car buyers, I would advise to stay far from this dealership, especially if you are purchasing a used vehicle. To the dealership, my only advice to you is to do a better job of assuming responsibility for something that was clearly overlooked when you accepted that car at trade.
