Bad customer service all about the money, the products that they use are very low quality even the nail polish! I got gel and with in two days it was peeling off that had never happened to me I stopped here because they were available with no wait at the time and I was in the area I will not return service sucks !Services: Nail art

These people was the worst they have waxed my eyebrows. My lashes came off the next day, my daughter end up getting some type of lash glue in her eye with her eyes swelled up and then on top of that I left no tip on the paper, and they took it upon self and tipped themselveszero out of 10 I will not recommend this place to no one. Not even my enemy. I will be calling my Card company to reverse those charges that they took off my card but this was the worst experience ever. They didn't even scrub my feet and then all they did was talk about people I have an app. Zero out of 10 I will not recommend this place to no one. Not even my enemy. This nail salon is not a good place to get your nails done. I have been coming to this salon off and on for 10 years and I have finally cut ties due to the disrespect of the owner and his “wife”. I recently came to get manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax and lash clusters applied to a lash set I had gotten prior from a different lash tech and I brung my own lashes. This couple literally had the nerve to try to charge me $50 for eyebrow and apply strip clusters for $50 and my lashes were literally already done I just wanted to add volume lol anyways the husband raised his voice at me because I asked why am I being charged $50 and he replied : “My wife told you the price already” but I thought she said $15 not $50 smh. Not to mention the salon is filthy the owner rude and there are always drunk men in front of nail shop due to a liquor store being next door. I will never return to this nail salon ever again in my life. The owner is a rude 4ft tiny weirdo with a bad temper and a thief who price gouges. I wanna give 0 stars honestly. Black Queens stay away from this racist germ and roach infested salon. They don’t allow paying customers to use their WiFi it’s a disgusting establishment. This shop wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for loyal customers and we don’t get to use wifi ??? Go else where they are a terrible nail salon. One last thing the wife tried to keep the 100% mink clusters I brung that I purchased from my vender lol I had to go back to ask for my mink clusters she put away as if they were her supplies… this experience was very cringe ? .Services: Nail extensions

Came there to wax my eyebrows. She kept my eyebrows thick with a beautiful arched shape. This was my first time going there and I will be going back. My brows were beautiful for my birthday. Definitely recommend for eyebrows waxing.Update: came back a second time for an eyebrows waxing. It was a different woman, who did my brows. I told her to keep my brows thick. She did them too thin. I came for a waxing. She waxed my eyebrows then used a razor instead of plunking like the last woman did. My brows are currently burning. I will not be coming back again. Giving two stars because the first woman I went too, did a great job. This woman did a terrible job.

I use to love this place now its just ok. I think they need to make some changes to the way they do things. They have the potential to do better but I'm neutral as far as referring someone.
