Bad experience with Yuniles. She live on property and leaves work early which caused a late fee of $100 to my account. Said, she would return in 5mins and never came back. (On due date) But…. JELANI! Save the the day and was able to wave fee due to staff negligence. She was extremely helpful and understanding of circumstances. Jelani was Great! She’s a BOSS in my book!
