I would give zero stars if i could. Customer service makes a huge difference. I attempted to use the car wash one day , and it was not working. There was no sign posted stating that the car was out of service. I immediately went inside and informed the clerk, requested a refund, and she immediately said no, no, no. She then asked if I had a receipt, and I did not, but I offered to show her on my telephone where money had been deducted from my account. She still responded no, no, no and stated that I would have to speak to the manager. Well, I informed the manager about a week later, because I have to work and can't hang around there waiting for the manager, and he was immediately negative and asked if I had a receipt. I again said no, but I could show where the money had been deducted from my account. He said he could not help me and immediately walked away. After thinking about it, this station NEVER, has receipt paper at the pumps, much less at the car wash. Therefore, both the clerk and the manager knew that I didn't have a receipt BEFORE they even asked the question. Allowing customers to pay for a car wash that they know is not working , and refusing to give their money back is a dishonest practice. After reading all the other customer reviews, and after experiencing this event at this gas station, I can truly see that this manager and staff had a total lack of respect for the community that they are serving. I easily spend $200 or more at this gas station monthly, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Of course I've contacted the BBB, and will be contacting several other agencies because this is unacceptable. Marathon and Chevron on 135th near the airport has cheaper gas.

Pump not working. Card charged. Clerk would not refund money. Told to come back when manager available. Multiple visits no management on site. Never refunded money.

This Shell never has receipts in the pumps. Making it inconvenience to get a car wash without going inside to get your receipts, which defeats the purpose of paying at the pump. I don't want to go in the store every time I want a wash! I may take my money elsewhere if this doesn't change.

Just another dirty Shell gas station with loud advertising at the dirty pumps, high gas prices and pumps that don’t give you receipts because they either don’t work or the employees are too lazy to put paper in them. No reason to go there. And the price today for regular is $3.55 per gallon and NOT the much cheaper $3.20 per gallon of regular listed on GOOGLE Maps.

Only in Miami. Definitely an unexpected experience. Nice workers. Food selection not the best. Wouldn't recommend. What made the experience was the gas.

I pumped $60.68 in my car went and got my receipt. Got back to my car the gas gauge barely moved went back inside the so called Manager Jose said there's nothing he can do I had to file a dispute. Stay away from this place they're thieves.

Looked online before I drove to this location (167th Street NW 27th Ave) wanting to use my T-Mobile Tuesday rewards. Online price $3.38, location price $3.59, after rewards price $3.34. The didn’t honor the online price and I could have went to BJ’s and paid $3.27.
