The attitude of a worker was very bad, since I made the payment for the carwash from outside at the machine which charged me the money and the lady's response was that I should come tomorrow as she couldn't help me. I told her that I could only come at that time and she told me to come on the day I rested but that she could neither return the money nor give me a code to wash that I had to pay for inside??? I think it is very bad of her to have my time and even more so on my rest day. hahaha then he told me please get away I can't help you there are other people waiting and what do I do….

I have a payment of 15 dollars and I didn't use the gas because I missed putting it in and I made the payment. This lady says she doesn't care that thousands of people do the same thing and that my money was lost so I'm going to file a complaint for this. I have to go to another gas station and pay for my gas. This lady didn't give me my money back.

Terrible place, I stopped by to fill up with gas on December 25, 2023 at 1:16 pm and the bad-faced lady threw the coins at me as if I were some dog just because she got confused and didn't charge me for the soda separately. I hope they take action on the matter. and that they have cameras and they can see the way the blonde lady with the Cuban accent treated me

I stopped at this gas station today because my 3 kids (age 13, 9 and 7) wanted snacks. They went to open the door, it was locked so I told them to proceed to the other door around. They accidentally went to the window instead and by the time they made it to the correct door, this overweight Hispanic women started to scream at them telling them they were acting like suspicious burglars! She continued to fuss at them. My son came out crying with their purchase. They were humiliated and embarrassed. I went in to address the rude woman and and to return the items. She doubled down in broken English that they used the wrong entrance and she had every right to yell at them. She refused at first to issue a credit. She continued to yell and fuss at me with my kids watching. This woman traumatized my children by profiling them for robbers! I guess being black automatically made them suspicious! Even at 8 years old. That lunatic woman needs to be fired and I will escalate my complaint to headquarters and anywhere else that I need to!

The service is terrible when you see that I go at 5 in the morning there is no one because they go inside the warehouse I don't know what they are doing and they put a blonde girl there who at dawn I won't talk to the customers I don't understand why they have her there

This Shell gas station do not like waiting on black peoples and the cashier name is Maritza. They are rude and they try to rush you out. But if are Hispanic they will treat good . They need to hired more diverse people that know how to deal with different people
