bad service. I entered the establishment and the employees didn’t pay attention. I stood at the cash register for 5 minutes and had to leave. After all, the staff was minding their own business, but there wasn’t that many people in line to take the order even if I ordered a small Americano with milk and left a tip of $1. But this place leaves the worst impressions

It’s always something at this Starbucks. I understand if you can’t open at 5:30 but the professional thing to do would be to change yours hours not just ignore a customer at the drive through and then tell your employee not to let a customer in because you’re counting money. Drinks usually taste normal here, customer service could just be better.

Visited on a Saturday but was not crowded and we were ignored for at least 5 mins and after I asked for assistance i was greeted with an attitude and sarcasm that does not belong in a customer facing establishment. Do better Starbucks! You charge enough for better service.

Went through the drive thru completely dazed and right at closing time. Had my dog and my sister with me and even though we had no clue what we wanted to order, the attendant, Briana Soto, was extremely nice and even recommended some drinks to cater to our sweet tooth tastes. Briana even gave our dog a generous puppicino and we couldn’t help but leave with smiles on our faces from the service alone.

Extremely slow service. A line of 5 cars will take over 30 minutes for them to get through. They are somehow always missing the main ingredients/syrups for drinks. The other day I went and they didn't have matcha, brown sugar syrup or pumpkin spice. It was 11AM.
