I called and asked if they had the iPhone 15 Pro Max available, and they wouldn’t tell me on the phone. I didn't want to make a trip for no reason if they didn't have it. I didn’t have this issue with any other store; they’re just hoping you’ll go there so they can try to upsell you.

Stood and waited for 20 minutes and no service meanwhile Joseph who works at T mobile just stands there no greet, he doesn’t even have a customer the entire time I’m waiting!!!

I came in to do an exchange. I walked in sat down and waited 30mins. Not a greeting at all. Some ladies come in after I do to a nice warm welcome. Their knowledge of procedures is horrendous no one takes accountability. This is a very bad location if it's customer service you want.

The employees at this store are great at telling lies for a sale. Only to find out later that what they tell you you’re getting never existed. Furthermore, there’s fraudulent activity. They added an authorized person, added a watch to my account. A police report was filed and sent in to Tmo corporate, however looks like this type of activity is acceptable. I now have an inquiry on my credit from Tmo and no is even trying to get to the bottom of this. The absolute worst. Do not go here if you can help it.

While the store is very clean, neat, organized, and the reps are nice most of the time they were unable to be helpful. While not the fault of the reps, rep Farzan and manager Jonathan were not at all sympathetic or understanding that the T-Mobile policies and procedures for dealing with promotions are broken at best and completely dishonest at worse. they said they could not help me even if that is the store where everything was purchased in the first place and that I needed to call customer service and "escalate" the issue. In this case an iphone was traded in for a credit, the credit was added to the January bill, but then they turn around and charge a monthly fee for that same credit that was issued. Meaning, they did not give a credit at all, what they gave was a loan, lending the money on one bill to simply collect it back over the course of 24 months. Real shady business practices.

This place is worst than I thought They used my personal info to sell two devices and they didn't even care about it Move my regular plan to a business plan and take the free Netflix account down without let me know All the devices I was financing don't get through to the new account and now I have a collection debt Please if you want to sleep well don't go to that y mobile store

Great customer service. Really felt like home. Diego was so was Coco. They were all friendly, and ready to help. The store was clean.
