The customer service here is great . Even though it’s always busy the guy with braids & glasses always handles each patron with patience , and clarity . A few times I came with my husband n a few times I did not and was greeted with respect and understanding

They need to prioritize having a separate Amazon return lane I shouldn’t have to wait 10+ mins because some people are trying to figure out how to ship things

People were great but costed 60 dollars to ship something 30 pounds. On top of that it was 12 dollars for their box because they couldn’t tape two boxes together. Done that literally dozens of times as they were the same size. Remember to bring your own box

This will be my first time traveling to Miami Gardens with my family from Houston! I needed to ship something home before I travel back ! I was helped by a young lady by the name of Bri ! She was so calm and patient with me ! She was very attentive to me never left my side . In my many years of working this was a first! Especially with her being so young and well mannered! I had an amazing experience with this UPS store. My family was sending me a package and they went to this location, I received the package within a day! Literally. Felt like UPS prime one day shipping.

I stopped in to return a package to Amazon. I had a health emergency. I placed the package on the stand and apologized I had a health emergency and had to go. I called them an hour later and told them that I was the person who had a health emergency and had to leave my package on the counter. So I asked if it had been scanned in yet. The man rudely told me well we are helping people who wait in line and not do drop offs first. I had waited in line as long as I could. I had waited 10 minutes before just leaving the package.To Rude people everywhere, if you don’t like your job get another one.
