Worst service in the area. They threw away the package and told me to call UPS because they were a franchise. When I asked them the difference, their response was that packages were lost due to the season. Terrible service.

This is by far the best UPS store in Miami. They are super fast and super careful with packages. They always have carts available in case you have a lot of packages and they want to help you with whatever they can. Really great service especially the staff are super friendly. They are super reliable and as someone who is constantly shipping out boxes and using UPS, this is the store to go to.

This is by far my favorite ups store to have ever visited. I go here at least once a week to process returns and the customer service is always on point, the waits are never too long, and the experience is always a pleasure. Would highly recommend this store.

The guy who may be the manager there has a miserable look that makes the place not very welcoming. The employees seem to be intimidated by him. We will never visit that store again.
