Ok at first I was a little upset because they brought a truck but didn’t want to use the truck because they said that wasn’t included in our services. It was a huge fix more aggravating more than anything. However, once we get past that Little tidbit, the guys were FANTASTIC! We will definitely use them again for other things because they were nothing but professional they consistently moved even though we finished a little early they weren’t trying to leave early. That shows dedication. Honestly one of the best set of movers I have ever had. Thank you guys

From this business is worth I have one room storage I was put my tv 85 inch so when I go to the storage my tv was stolen

Reserved weeks in advance, day of my move comes and they don’t have any units, ordered 3 and all they had for me was 2 a day late, costing me my deposit at my old apartment. I will spend the rest of my life dragging their business name through the mud. No response from them with regards to my issues, but they were very quick to appeal my dispute for their fees. Terrible and unreliable company

This will be the 2nd time we have ever rented a truck and it was the absolute worst experience the 1st truck we got was in horrible condition the gears wouldn’t change definitely with transmission issues but the 2nd one was even worse the staff were good but the trucks definitely need some repairs or even replacing. If we have to rent another truck we will not be using U-Haul again.

Very dissatisfied with this location. The customer service was horrible, unprofessional and no regards for common courtesy. A employee went home with the truck keys that I rented and I wasn’t able to get the vehicle I reserved. The naushalaynt attitude about the mishap made things even worst. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. But Jalani took care of the situation and I was able to get another vehicle that fit my needs. A new staff with better people person skills should be considered.

I had a GREAT experience with this location; everyone was VERY friendly and accommodating. I will DEFINITELY make it My go to Uhaul location, and I will recommend it to family and friends!
