Your general manager Edgar is the reason why this place has a one star review. I have been doing business with this location consecutively for a few months. It's always an issue picking up a van and this last week I saw way. Edgar the general manager. The typical "over zealous" manger that wants to abuse his limited powers. His reckless actions caused my company unnecessary time and money all because he wanted to be on an unnecessary power trip. Not only would I highly recommend not using this location but report them to the Better Business Bureau as I have. This behavior should not go unnoticed.

I am in a way disappointed. I went there , when I came inside to drop the car, the gentleman behind the cashier told me to meet the 2 ladies that were outside which is followed. When I gave the car 30 minutes before the returned time , I specifically asked her do you need to do anything she said as you have the receipt there are nothing else to do. I said okay . Thank you and I left . 2 days later , I received an email stated I owned them 72$ when I had already pay my bill of 66$ the day of the renting . I called them and I spoke to a gentleman on the phone to have a better understanding. He told me the manager will be calling me back . Mind you it was last week, now we are in FEBRUARY and no calls were return to me .

IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION 0 STARS I WOULD THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE ‼️ EMPLOYEES ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THEIR JOB DUTIES. THE MANAGER EDGAR FOSTER IS THE DUMBEST OF THE BUNCH I'M NOT QUITE SURE HOW HE BECAME A MANAGER. BE CAREFUL TAKE PICTURES BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE LOT AND PICTURES WHEN YOU BRING IT BACK.....AND PLEASE STAY TO SEE THEM CHECK YOUR EQUIPMENT IN AND GET A RECEIPT ‼️

Poor customer service. Came in to purchase a trailer light converter for my Ford truck in which they have two items in stock so I grabbed what I needed and walked over to the counter to pay for it. The young gentlemen that works there told me I couldn't purchase the unit because it didn't show up in their system. I proceed to ask to call the store manager to see if they can do something about it cuz I really needed a piece. I waited there for almost an hour and a half just to be told they could not sell me the unit. Very upsetting. I just stood up and walked away. After reading all the negative reviews here about this location can't comprehend why they're still in business. I don't know why..

If I could give this location a zero I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. The lack of professionalism and competency is really alarming and quite frankly sad. I rented a truck from this location, returned in on time and unfortunately forgot my wallet in it. I immediately contacted customer service and went back to try and retrieve and when I was informed the keys “were missing”. The have footage of me retuning the keys and apparently no other footage following that as to where the staff member I turned the keys back to placed them. Long story short after numerous exchanges with the manager who lacks any sense of urgency and his only solution was to bring me wallet once the keys get located. It took 6 hours for another location staff member to bring a spare key for the truck to unlock it. It’s so unfortunate how there’s a lack of training for staff members because had there been policies and protocols in place the key would have never went missing nor should it have taken 6 hours to locate a spare key. It’s literally being ran by people who could care less about the company.

The service at check in was great, friendly people, and helpful. The truck itself was not that clean, but did the job for what we needed it for. Was easy return also.

I would start with the fact that it was a good day and the thought lady who took my reservation over the phone was extremely delightful. But... That was until I met Edgar. The guy really need a lesson in customer service. Not only did he speak rudely to me it was in front of customers. He was so out of touch that even one of the customers had to remind him that we're an in this together.. show some humanity. He made me wait outside while my friend completed the rental saying " I'M NOT GOING TO RENT TO U OR ANYONE WHOSE WITH YOU!!!!" So I stated that if an individual wants to rent and I cancel my reservation could they rent the same vehicle. Reluctantly he noticed the discrepancy in his position after other customers pointed out the fallacy I'm his thinking.Afterwards no one came out to show us the rental vehicle. We had to find it in our own. I've rented several times and this was a first. After mentioning that I was going to write a review and call corporate, Edgar decided to POINT me in the right direction.From what I understand he's a manager. That's not good.

They will tell you one thing and then do another. There we several additional charges every where and no one knows what they are doing. Do not come to this location if you want to lose more money.

Made a reservation, when we arrived they decided to give our rental to someone else and changed our reservation for another U-Haul that was another 20mins away. This completely threw off our planned moving day. Do not rent from U-Haul if you have solid plans because they may not happen.

This location has an issue with making reservations for Uhaul trucks but when customer arrives there is no truck available and all they can say is call 1800GoUhaul. Extremely short staff with to many customers waiting for service.

Is really disrespectful, that the system let you make the reservation and when you arrive to the location they can not give you the vehicle because the keys are broken. If the vehicle is not available to rent do not make the customers lose their time in 45 minutes line.

The young lady and man at the front desk was exceptionally amazing customer service was A1. I still have my GA license and they have a new rule instead of just turning me away seeing I was a loyal customer they called the boss and she approved it. U just can’t get good service like that anymore thank you guys I appreciate the help wish I had gotten their names
