The store supervisor Tray was extremely patient and helpful with assisting me with my first Amazon return in store at The UPS Store. She had a line and people steady coming. However, the assistance provided was highly professional and courteous with a smile. Without her assistance I would have been extremely frustrated and may have never step foot back into a UPS store.Thanks a million Supervisor Tray for helping me out?

I came into the ups store this morning for some prints and was greeted immediately and taken cared of in a quickness Louis is an amazing and phenomenal worker. I would definitely be coming back to this store. Thank you soo much Louis❤️

I went last Sunday and the guy was outside, he told me his key couldn't open the store. to come back the next day. That's right, I went on Monday and the store was open, but THEY DID NOT HAVE INTERNET therefore, they could not perform any service. Very bad experience.

Overall, my experience at the UPS Store was excellent largely due to the exceptional service provided by Tray and Amber. Their professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this UPS Store location to anyone in need of reliable shipping and mailing services.

I’ve went to Louis twice for my returns and he’s absolutely amazing. He’s super nice, friendly, & smiley which I appreciate as a customer and he’s also very patient. He’s a good guy 10/10

Dear Management,I as amazon stated took my umpacked items to your store for them to be packed and returned to amazon. Your employee Tonya acted like the items were disgusting. She touched the previous customer of color clothes, but not mine. I had to pack the clothes which is not my job. I asked her for her name and she got offended and started and argument and screaming that she doesn't touch people's clothes and she does not care what amazon says. The clothes had tags on and were unused. Please speak to her about her uncomfortable behavior. It was racist and I was embarrased in public. This is not thw first time this person makes me pack items and this is disrespectful because racism goes both ways. Just because I am not her race does not mean my items are dirty. I would like a follow up on this issue please.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION FOR AMAZON RETURN OR EXCHANGES. I often choose my local UPS for AMAZON exchanges and returns. I was in Miami Gardens so I stopped in this location. What an awful experience! I said I have an Amazon return. Pulled up my codes on my phone which I screenshot beforehand to make a little easier. supervisor trey told me immediately I had the wrong code….she claimed that my code was a Whole Foods code and we got into a little back and forth- she called me defensive and then told me let me show you. She took my phone, changed the settings and chose SHIPPING LABEL instead of a QR code which I almost always do. I loaded it again and read the QR to her that states “ no box or label need UPS return” If you know how to do Amazon returns then you know.I became frustrated with this Rep and tried to reload the UPS QR CODE THAT I HAD ORIGINALLY. I saw another rep helping so I told Supervisor Trey that I would wait for the other representative to be done and for her to help me. Supervisor trey had a customer in front of her but constantly interrupted while the new rep was helping. The new rep seemed pleasant at first but once supervisor trey became involved she became rude and unprofessional as well. She didn’t even scan the code that reloaded. I got into a shouting match with supervisor trey after which she told me I had to leave the store and she would not be helping me. I asked the new rep to continue helping me and she refused stating that she was sick and didn’t want to hear me yelling then walked away. Supervisor trey again yelled at me to get out of store adding “ you could get more with sugar than spice”- I returned to my local UPS and was assisted with decency and professionalism, the QR codes worked just fine.

My name is Jenny Howard. I have been coming to this location for over two year's now. I have seen employee's come and go. Today I have to give credit to the young lady and young man that work tonight. Dealing with a rude customer at times can be very hard to deal with. This lady was very rude disrespectful to the workers. They both conducted themselves very well the situation.

Hello I sit late on my days working the night shift post my reviews and these 2 employees I just had to express their patience skill . I witnessed at 07/14 fri as I went to do a laminate job something I can share . There were a lot of people in the store very busy to people and Mr. luis and the devora were doing a stupendous job at trying to maintain the situation . Then a customer walks home, and the first first thing that comes out of her mouth was a slip of work on top of something that happened previous time. It was explained to her or something after she was speaking with Gloria. And as the woman tried her best to offset the mood, and knock them out there mojo they had . But they shocked me by showing character respect, patience, and tolerance dealing with this customer and must I remind you that on top of multiple customers with many needs . As the customer was on the phone, trying to file a complaint in someway. Horrible customer . So expressed my appreciation for more time before I left again to let them know that they have thick skin . They need and deserve credibility especially at this store in the jungle .

I went to this location and although Louis was the ONLY EMPLOYEE there , he was patient, courteous and very pleasant. He's a great guy and employee !

I just went in to have a form notarized. The supervisor on shift, Tre'Nardia, was so kind and helpful. Her energy was great and she was very proactive. I work I. Customer service as well, so I never hesitate to praise great service. This was my first at this location although I live close to it. She is the reason I'm likely to return. 5 star service from her.
