It is not the pharmacy. The store is always out of products whiling shopping, and their is no employee around to help you locate an item or items. The checkout line is always long and very slow.

Dear Judith,I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor customer service that I received from you during my recent visit to the Walgreens located at 18300 NW 37TH AVE, Miami Gardens on 02/04/2023. I was extremely upset by your behavior towards me and my wife, and I feel compelled to share my experience with you.Firstly, your tone of voice was highly unprofessional, and I felt that you were being aggressive towards us. You failed to provide a detailed breakdown of the cost of the three medications that we had come to collect, and instead only gave us a piece of paper with the total cost written in pen. This was highly concerning, as it meant that we had no idea about the cost of individual medications. It was only after my wife had paid that we discovered that the cost of one of the medications was exorbitant, at $70 for 7 back patches.When I approached you to request a refund for the back patches, you were highly unhelpful and refused to give me my money back. Your response was aggressive and unprofessional, and you made it clear that you were not willing to help me in any way. Your comments about me having to come into the store myself if I wanted to avoid such a situation were completely inappropriate, especially given that I was in a great deal of pain.Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service that I received from you, Judith. Your behavior was unacceptable, and I feel that you need to take steps to ensure that your attitude towards customers is more professional in the future. I hope that you take this feedback on board and make the necessary changes to your behavior.

There are signs posted on the building and the hours on the internet states that this location opens at 7am. It is 7:06am and this place is still not open. As I was pulling off someone in a red car pulled up to lift gate that looked like she just rolled out of bed. Scarf was still wrapped around her braids wearing socks and flip flops. Businesses in urban areas really need to do better.

This is a shame! Fortune 500 compqny in an urban neighborhood does not take care of their establishment, landscaping is unkept which contribute to low property values, and the sigma is we don't care about out community.
