They had me waiting for more than 2 hours having an appointment. This is crazy. So I decided to leave but had to wait another 30 min because they could not find my keys. Employees were not taking care of customers, hiding in the corners. The phone was ringing non stop. They really need a good manager there.

Shop is a little slow and have some lazy workers specially at the time of working with the system and the register. The manager is why I give it 3 star, the guy with the braids is an awesome guy helping everyone, otherwise good prices just need a little better management and faster service

Purchased a tire during their Black Friday deals, was lucky enough to pay for it online and reserve the purchase the day before Thanksgiving… however when I arrived that day at 4p (Wednesday ) I was told they were closing up that I can return any other day,, any time and I just need the barcode for purchase. Since I have had tires installed at another Walmart location I did ask if a reservation was needed , I was told NO that all I needed was proof of my tire purchase for that location. Unfortunately that was not accurate information as when I arrived on a Saturday at 1:15p I was immediately told no that a reservation to install the one tire I had purchased was needed and they advised me that technicians called out out as well. Needless to say I was disappointed being it was my second attempt to have the tire I paid for installed. I spoke to the service manager Reniel and he was kind and empathetic that given this being the second time I show up and the urgency of needing it for my work commute he advised me that he would install the tire for me himself. As I know not all customer service issues are able to be resolved depending on the nature of the problem and circumstances like call outs occur, myself being a manager as well, I truly appreciate seeing the manager of the department Reniel step up to resolve the problem himself , as that is what all leaders should strive to achieve- ensuring to the best of their ability and capacity that myself, their customer left happy and alleviated the stress that would have occurred if he had not stepped in. I hope that the GM of this Walmart location is aware that they have a manager (Reniel) that is devoted to customer satisfaction in your Auto Service Department . Thank you !!

Went for an oil change and had to wait over an hour for someone to find the key and open up. When they finally opened, no apology, just attitude. Learned from others who were waiting that this is habitual for this particular location.

Such a terrible experience. Ordered tires, the morning of installation my appointment was cancelled Tires were delayed. Wasn't able to get any help from anyone at the store. Was told to wait for the email saying they arrived. Got a message next day saying my tires finally arrived, their system was having tech issues and I wasn't able to schedule another appointment. No one in the automotive department answers the phone so I had to go through pharmacy to speak to a manager. I finally get a call back from Robbie in automotive who wasn't able to assist me with scheduling an appointment for another 2 days. He then informed me they were not able to do the installation after all because their lift wouldn't hold up my kind of vehicle. VW SUV. I asked if he would have them delivered to another location to have them installed as I needed these tires ASAP, he wasn't able to help me with that either. Cancelled the order and will never order tires from them again.

Got there at 8 am was in line till 8:45 am just so they can tell me it would take 3 to 4 hours before someone will even touch my car. Those are the exact words the employee used. They only had one person handling the entire line. He would have to stop to pull tires from the inventory and car batteries etc. I honestly felt bad for that employee. Walmart you need to do better.

Supposed to open at 7, guy didn't show up til 7:30. I was first there and didn't leave til 9! Just an oil change...NEVER going back there. DO NOT GO!

Clean. But certainly not fast. Seemed very busy..,make sure you have an appointment....at 830am they were already quoting 3 hours wait

Service was great at the tire location. On time, very helpful staff. Online order was challenging, but it was worth the wait.

I had an appointment to change my back tires was out in an hour and 15 minutes I definitely recommend making an appointment if not you’re going to be there for a few hours

Walmart Customer CareCustomer By (11/11/2022 08:20 AM)Walmart store#3311, 19500 NW 27th Ave Miami Gardens Fl, 33056. The TLE department was supposed to open at 0700am. They did not open until 0730 am. The employee stated they take appointments for tires only. There is a male customer here who had an appointment for tires only, because he is friends with the cashier name Marie, she allowed him to skip other customers that were in line for an oil change. I am a military / law enforcement officer and all I wanted to do was get my oil changed on Veterans Day. I got here at 0630 am to ensure I would be the 1st or 2nd customer in line for an oil change and I was the 2nd person in line for an oil change until, Marie allowed her male friend to skip the oil change line. This is unacceptable to waste peoples time like this. The rules are the rules and no one should be above them just because you know the cashier. That male customer should have had to wait in line for his oil change. Marie should be ashamed of herself. The male customer came back to the store and bought Marie breakfast for allowing him to skip the oil change line. The male customer stated this in front of me. She needs to be written up. I’m sure it’s against company policy to exchange favors for items. She has caused me to be late for my next appointment therefore, my entire schedule for the day is has been pushed back by hours because of this. I come here only for oil changes and I know to get up early to get here by 0630 am. This store has a lot of unprofessional employees. Walmart needs to provide better training or terminate the bad employees. Not one manager or team lead apologized for the late opening or their staff behavior.The Hispanic male employee working on my car is on his cellphone therefore, he keeps stopping to talk. I keep asking how much longer since I there for hours at this point. Robert decided he wanted to drive my car around the damn building because he was mad that I was filing a complaint. Robert employee, black with dreadlocks. They all need better training or hire new employees with better attitudes. Why is the manager never there.Service: Oil change

Waited 30 minutes to make an appointment for the following weekend for a tire installation. I got to this auto center on the date of my appointment, the auto center is closed (they placed a sign on the door, it was very vague). The sign did not explain how long the auto center would be closed. To add insult to injury, the one employee at work spoke no English and was unhelpful. I get back home from my blank trip and I receive a notification to arrive 15 min early for my installation. This is unacceptable!
