Terrible service. I made an appointment, for my vehicle to get service and the vehicle apartment, and they still made me wait in line and take my turn. I made the appointment two weeks ago. I would never recommend this place. I can't give them fewer stars because it's not possible, but if I could, I would do it without hesitation. When you make an appointment, you should have the benefit of being seen first, not waiting until the last customer. People who hadn't made appointments were seen first, so what's the point of making an appointment? Awful service.

I had an amazing experience at the front of the store with Latasha and Tarrah im not sure if their names are spelled correctly but they need a raise! They are the epitome of customer service and made what would have been a bad experience a good one simply by being themselves and making me and my family feel welcomed on the way OUT. EXCELLENT JOB WALMART and the recruiting team ! These team members made me feel how I would like to feel walking into any grocery store! Big big kuddos to them I am enamored by their customer service etiquette!!! Excellent excellent job ladies! I would come back every time just for you two!

First time coming here, wanted to grab a few things while I was in the area. Prices were fair but they had only self check out lanes with none of the cash ones working and not a check out with an associate. They definitely do alot of their restocking in the morning, prices here are fair as well. Parking lot is usually packed. The clerks that check your receipt spend 5 minutes looking at your receipt as if you're trying to steal something.

Why does this store bother with lanes that are limited to 20 items when you allow customers with carts full of items causing back ups. I had 4 items and got in the speed lane. Two women in front of me had full carts. After seeing that the line was not moving I moved to a regular lane. I finished paying and the first woman with the cart full of items was still at the register.

I was looking for some sun shades for my car. I headed to the Auto section and as I was walking around.... I happen to see someone who worked there. I asked about the shades and he was very nice, taking me to the aisle where the visor and shades were... There's a bunch of shades for the windshield, not many for the side windows...The ones for the windshield go from classic monochromatic ones to fun, colorful ones. Walmart had some really good prices on these. So I had a good customer service experience at this store.

This Walmart has horrendous customer service and are willing to sell you a product higher than the MSRP! Absolutely disgusting and very anti-consumer. The items are terribly labeled that you have to get a price check to make sure you're buying said item for the correct pricing. The management in understanding the consumer and applying correct consumerism method(s); in the simplicity of a pleasurable shopping experience is severely lacking, or is disturbingly just not here. The employees and all of staffing will flat out lie and not adhere to the correct pricing, with utmost lethargy by providing a "covered public relations excuse"; saying that their franchise "Is ran under different management.", a way to shut down any rebuttal of a price match for the consumer. I will not be supporting this location of Walmart with it's under-trained, uneducated, staffing and it's lack of cleanliness. This location demands human resource attention immediately with it's very poor customer service, and it's horrid messy item inventory.

Horrible! Don't ever go here !! Horrible customer service! Needed help with trading in my battery for my car a big African American lady with a scar on her face got upset because I wanted to be sure about a transaction...she caught an attitude and dismissed me and helped the next customer like I wasn't even there You are literally getting paid to help why is it that I can't get help do your job!

$222 for 2 brand NEW tires for my 2008 Malibu LT with Lifetime rotation. I opted out of the roadside assistance they offer for ONLY $10. At first, there was a communication issue BUT EZER the Store manager made things just right. If you have an issue there is no need to be on TIK-TOKacting a fool. Just speak to the store manager and he/she will make things right. I highly recommend this Walmart Super Store because they ARE FULLY STOCKED.

This walmart is horrible!!! Avoid at all cost unless you want to spend 30mins on line. Literally!!! Lines are regulary 20-30 people deep with hardly any registers open....ever.

This has to be the WORST Walmart ever! If you go after 10am forget it! The lines are back up into the clothes and the cashier, I'd they're actually working, need customer service training immediately!!!! I live up the street and it's getting worse as the years go by! I worked for Walmart in college and they never would have accepted this trashy behavior

Majority of the employees stand around looking at their phones while only 2-3 checkout lanes are open with the lines going as far back as the middle of the store. No one cares about anything here. The amount of customers absolutely livid was insane.

This is the worst Walmart ever lady's in women clothes department are rude unprofessional and more 30 minutes waiting for the fitting room key and never find and when I ask to everyone they just ignore

There are 6 register open when each line is all the way to the back of the store. This is wores Walmart. All this money we spend in here and never never enough cashiers working. I weather spend more money at publix then to shop here.
