I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Walmart electronics section. The woman working there was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I approached her with a simple question, she initially ignored me and acted as if I wasn’t even there. Once she finally did respond, her answers were brief and laced with a negative tone, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
I understand that retail can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I hope Walmart management addresses this behavior, because if this is the standard for customer service, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

F this place.
I arrived at 6:00 AM to return a Christmas item that EXPLODED on my family because, you know, that’s when the store opens. Was told I’d have to wait an hour because returns don’t start until 7:00 AM. Mind you, the store was empty, and the lady could have easily helped me but refused to do so. After spending thousands at Walmart this year for the first time, this will be my absolute LAST time EVER shopping here. An hour to return an item “because store policy” isn’t to do it until 7:00 is ridiculous.
