??PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE unless it’s self service for the ATM.Very ghetto, no one greets when you walk in, crowded, not enough tailors or bankers and their customer service sucks. You kind of have to figure it out by yourself. I had an 11 o’clock appt and was still waiting to be greeted at 1115. I just walked out. I am a big on service and this bank is very disappointing. Miami Gardens is the ghetto at this point. Same place as others, but the people! ??♀️

slowest drive through service ever.. at least pretend to care.. youncan watch them talking to each other.. go inside and still have the same car in line when you are done.. shouldn't take 14 minutes for a deposit

Best branch location I've ever been. despite that there was a huge line a short staff; the associates I interacted with were kind, and knowledgeable. Teresa greeted me and also a gentleman name Ozzie would check on the line and was aware of his floor, I believe he was the branch manager. Everyone's attention is super cordial and professional.

Poor customer service the worst is well Fargo ever been to. They wanted me to sign my check twice and then the manager wanted me to sign again and these are checks from Wells Fargo that they didn’t wanna cash to I showed them is a Wells Fargo checks. They need more help with a customer service skills

Lazy and bad customer service. You'll pull up when drive thru says open. If they take too long and while you're waiting it changes to closed they won't service you. Pathetic. What can you expect from this ghetto area

I would like to take time to thank the associates at the Miami Gardens branch. Everyone we dealt with provided great customer service! I specifically wish to recognize Ozzie. He went the extra mile and resolved an issue we had concerning a deposit to our checking account.
